Meh...food is relatively tasty, but the portions are really small for the price and they charge you a surcharge to use your credit card without even telling you first. We spent over $50 for a drink, two small tacos, and a bowl, with tip, so seen that extra she was a bit insulting. If you're going to charge a fee for cards, tell your customers first so that they can decide whether they want to use their card or pay with cash . And honestly, If you're doing business, you should expect people to use credit cards and factor that into the cost accounting. Especially if you're charging $16 for a small bowl of rice and vegetables in a small Idaho town.

The menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do well. Excellent customer service, clean restroom, delicious fresh juice. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm visiting Twin Falls.

Ridiculous prices for basic smoothies. Read the ingredients there is nothing special but man they are charging some ridiculous prices. There not very good either. There are a ton of places to go for a smoothie in twin and this one is not it unless u just hate having money an are looking for a way to throw it away
This is my favorite place to eat. I love their organic vegetables and their juices and staff is always so nice and friendly ❤️ they are such a blessing to me.

This place is amazing! We go every time we are in Twin Falls and it never disappoints. We are on the road a lot (climbing + working), and it can be hard to find healthy food while traveling. 4 roots has a great selection of fresh and delicious meals, juices, and smoothies. The breakfast all day is a bonus, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Its a little pricey, but you are definitely getting great quality food. Highly recommend!
Fantastic Menu!! They have more in Twin falls for healthy bars then we do in salt lake. Love this place!!
Thank you 4 roots for always having such good quality food and for choosing people and their health over profit. My husband and I come by twin falls once a year and come here every morning for coffee and breakfast and we have never been disappointed. I see some reviews say how it’s overpriced or the portions are small, but as someone who has been on a health journey, I’m so grateful for businesses like you and I understand that good quality food comes with a cost. I would rather spend more and feel good after. The food here tastes like something you would make at home. We love getting the breakfast burritos and bulletproof coffee it’s really good! We do wish that the bulletproof had a little more butter, but I think it depends who makes it because we had bulletproof coffees where we can see the froth and it looked creamy and sometimes it just looked bland, but still tastes amazing. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough I’m so happy that there is a good place here for us to stop by every year and I highly recommended this place for anyone looking for healthy food and who is not afraid to spend more money. I support business who focus on people and their health rather than profit! 🙂
A rare hidden gem. But if you are lucky or just plain determined to find this place, the effort is well worth it. Beth, the owner, oversees that everything is prepared perfectly. I am normally not a big fan of veggie food but this place will easily change the mind of the most ardent carnevour. And, they serve meat and egg dishes, as well. I'm posting pictures of the menu. Believe me, one visit is definitely not enough. Although, this restaurant is 2 hours away from my house, I plan on making a day trip again to enjoy more of this fabulous food depot and to sight see more of Twin Falls. Must go to Shoshone Falls while there.

I love 4 roots! There food is always delicious and filling. I got the avocado toast for breakfast and then ordered a nourish bowl with blanched kale, sprouts, black beans, chicken, and added bacon. Everything was delicious and did not disappoint. My only concerns this time around was the chicken was really over dry and was hard around the edges. It seems like it sat out for awhile. I also paid $2 extra to add bacon....that looks like barley a piece of bacon. I have always gotten a good helping of proteins in my salad but seems they skimped on it this time around.

Best place to eat in twin! Wish it was in Boise, but something to look forward to when in town. 10/10 recommend the jackfruit nachos. So delicious!
Overall we were very pleased with the vegan options here as we were driving through! We got the vegan taco salad and the vegan jackfruit sandwich to split between two people. The sandwich was delicious and filling, loved it. The salad, however, was not as filling/impressive. It was really mostly lettuce, with some other veggies, a couple tortilla chips, and the vegan “taco meat” sprinkled in. While it definitely tasted good, we felt that salad was way overpriced for $14. If we visit again, next time we’ll stick to the vegan sandwiches/tacos for food options that are more substantial. Still, great healthy vegan options like this (in Twin Falls!) was much appreciated.
I LOVE 4 Roots!!!! So thankful for such an awesome, healthy, freshly-prepared cafe in Twin Falls!!! Everything on the menu is gluten free, with lots of vegetarian, vegan options. And… it tastes GREAT!!!! My favorites are their Jack-Fruit nachos & Avocado Chicken salad… but their made to order Nourish Bowls are also on constant rotation!
Love this place, came here once about a year ago and loved it so much I went out of my way to try and find it again. I got a build your own bowl and everything about it was so harmoniously perfect. The spinach fresh, the mango salsa sweet and zesty, the black beans a perfect undertone, and the bbq jackfruit was to DIE for. Healthy and delicious, this place is everything I could want in a hearty and health-conscious meal. Prices were higher than one would hope for, but it’s totally worth it.
