I'm very satisfied
Staff was okay, I asked for a cappuccino with oat milk and honey. I also ordered the “Make My Day” oatmeal but instead of getting the side of brown sugar that came with it, they gave me honey on the side and no honey in my cappuccino. And yes I understand mess ups happen but the fact that I had to repeat my order to her three times for her to even get it right on the ordering system and it still come out wrong was annoying.
Good coffee no complaints
Cozy environment, and a good selection of treats, including paleo items. The coffee could be better, but most places in this town don’t know how to make a good latte, either. This place was second-best of all the cafes I tried, so that’s pretty good.
My mocha latte was ok but my friend who is a coffee connoisseur said it was bad. Agreed that the “baristas” don’t know how to make proper coffee. Wanted to get breakfast but went somewhere else instead. The decor was nice and eclectic so it’s a pleasant environment but without good coffee, why stay?
Bitter, flat coffee. Bad even as cappuccino.
Friendly staff, but the coffee is super dark and sometimes I get a mouthful of coffee grounds in my cup.
The food was really good and the coffee was the best we have had all vacation. It was a little on the pricey side but I’d pay it again for another cup of their coffee!
I cant believe this place is in business. Store opened at 7am. Someone finally showed up at 730 and started complaining he hasnt had a day off for three months. That sounds rough but as a customer i literally dont care. I ordered two of same drink. When he handed them one looked like black coffee and other looked like a glass of water. He said he put more milk in one. Ok then why would you serve it to me. Two of the same drink should be the same. If you mess up fix it. Dont try to play it off when im spending 6 dollars a coffee. He then got rude with me and made a comment as I was walking out. As much as I hate Starbucks it will be the only coffee shop I go to in Ketchum. At least its consistent and they are not rude..
only giving two stars because of the polite staff and how hard these individuals work. to start, they were out of a majority of what my aunt and i were hoping to get. they only had two bagel types available, and no iced coffee, cold brew, or barely anything coffee related. bummer. i got a chai latte, as well as an asiago bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. i had gone back to my hotel as my chai was too hot to drink still. extremely disappointed with the taste. i had to throw it out as i did not have the time to get it remade. bagel was pretty good, though. nothing special. the only thing they have going for them is the cool decor and cozy atmosphere.
It has a lot of delicious stuff I love the scones 🤤🤤
They didn't seem ready for the day!? Confused and not sure. Waited a long time for food. Which was terrible. Microwave biscuits & gravy, I soon found out.
Had a great mocha prepared and served by the nicest woman in town. Shame on anyone going to starbucks with this gem steps away.
Always friendly gestures always be
Service was subpar; not very friendly barista and the coffee was expensive and was very bitter.
If only all scones were as good as the ones made at Hailey Coffee Co! Savored every bite, and will be back for more!
A new pre-ski favorite
Supposed to be a coffee roaster, but the barrista's are definitely not trained. Listening to them steaming the milks hurt my ears, foam sucked. The espresso was also super bitter, definitely ground incorrectly. Definitely comparable quality to the starbucks across the street.
Such a great place with a nice good selection and great coffee and tea.
Unimpressed. We walked in at 2:55, they closed at 3 (On a Saturday) and were told they basically wouldn’t bother with half the menu. So we got water at left.
