Very good love the coffee here
The barista did not inform me that getting a sugar-free copy was going to cost me $4 extra or that whipped cream cost extra and my coffee ended up being $10. I bought two copies and had to spend $20 and it cost more just because I'm diabetic. The Barista was not friendly and didn't even smile or say thank you when I tipped her. I wouldn't have tipped her had I known they were going to charge me almost double for my coffee. I gave the tip before I received the coffee. And when we called to complain they were quite rude. I will not return there. I am appalled that they charge so much extra to somebody just because they have diabetes. But if you're going to charge extra you should at least tell them it's extra before they pay for it. I do not recommend this place at all. I would rather drive into Burley to get my coffee Bingo there again. Java Express is way better with way better prices and way better service that's always with a smile. Cozy copy you can learn a lot from Java Express maybe you should read up on their customer service

Best coffee I've ever had
my favorite for that early morning drive when I'm in Rupert, headed to Burley. Their Hot Cocoa is the best around ❤ the girls that have served me are always courteous and very friendly. I always recommend this place.
They're delicious and good prices...staff isn't always the nicest and even when I give them my stamp card more often than not they don't stamp and I have to ask them to do it.
I love Cozy. Any time I have an early trip somewhere I try to grab a coffee. Coffees are consistently made and always taste great, fantastic staff is always friendly and welcoming. . . Plus, my dog has learned about their pup cups and loves going there!
Highly recommend the Portland Rain! Delicious!

Great service good coffee and reasonably priced. Only complaint is the landscape and drive up road was very rough. I am very fussy about my new car afraid of hitting bottom. If they level the property grounds, it will be my main coffee stop.
There very friendly and good customer service and try to be fast and promt considering the line of customers at the drive up window overall there not excellent but great

Love the Blended dirty chai coffee. The muffin tops and everything bagel. They do a stamp reward so after so many buys you get a free drink.
They are willing to try to make any possible concoction that you can come up with! They made me a black forest cake latte! Ask them and you might be surprised!
