Great iced americano!
Ok so I’ve been getting Dutch at the Payette location since I moved back in 2021. And was extremely excited to know that the owner is someone who use to make my Dutch years ago. I’m giving only 2 stars when this location literally deserves none only because of maybe a handful of employees still work there. Within the past year the crew there is unprofessional, rude, and always making mistakes. I get it mistakes happen. But when I’ve been a regular for so long it shouldn’t be hard! Today I got my usual and once again was made WRONG! I even politely said I don’t think my drink was made right. The young lady who made my drink insisted she made it correctly. Again I politely said it’s a caramelizar nitro cold brew. The chocolate milk was not added nor flavor! It was straight cold brew and 3 extra shots of espresso. I really was hoping not to do a negative review but today really upset me. I will not be going back to this location unless the 3 employees that are amazing are working. Diva

Very friendly, and talkable haha, great coffee never had a bad one. Always piping hot, leaving a yummy smell of coffee surrounding the inside of my car

Not a fan your drink turns to syrup in a matter of an hr
They were really busy. Gave us the wrong order twice. Then told us to taste our drinks to figure out which one was which. I like Dutch Bros but not impressed today. Still tipped them though.
Love the sugarfree options. Service is always great.

Usually our drinks are very good but this time we asked for light ice and they filled the cup up full with ice then put ice on the top when the drink was poured. It taste like they put enough coffee for a small, milk for a medium, and ice for a large. We were disappointed.
Good place to get a variety of drinks for you and the kids. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

The drinks are good the people work quick there is little to no interaction.
