Great place to dine, and the cinnamon rolls are amazing!
Typical diner food. Gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted weird. Server brought out one pitcher of coffee for 5 and took the whole meal to bring more. I expect a speedy refill on a $3+ cup of average coffee.
I have not tried the food but it looks good and friendly the staff only went for work but it looks good
We went to the car show in Nampa. Afterward, we dropped in for breakfast at La Baron's Honker Cafe. The waitress was sweet and attentive. The building was old but clean. The food was just okay. We both left most of the food on our plates. I had a spinach omelet. It wasn't good, and my hubby had chicken fried steak. The steak was excellent. The biscuits were hard, and the gravy tasted like flour. The potatoes were very good and so was the toast. Maybe we will come back another time and try something different.

It had been a while since we eating here but have to say The pancakes 🥞 are steel Giant and fluffy and full of flavor as always. But I have to say I was a little disappointed with the biscuits and gravy... I was looking forward to eating them but it was over season too much black pepper I wasn't able to eat it. Something was really off like it was not what I expect... And on the other hand the French toast were delicious!

Great server and some pretty good food to match :) only thing I would change is maybe cook the hashbrowns a little longer :)

The food and service were very good. A really nice "small town diner" feel.
What a lovely breakfast! Mom and I split the Farmer's Breakfast with a pancake. The food was fresh, the coffee was hot, and the service was impeccable. A real delight!
Their biscuit and gravy sauce is by far the best i have had in a long while. It is creamy, perfect amount of salt, and the flavor is there. i had their haystack an was amazed. If your a fan of biscuit and gravy, this is the place to go.

What a wonderful find. We ate there on Wednesday for the first time. My husband was in the ER this weekend, and the amazing phlebotomist suggested LeBarons. We highly suggest you try it out. The staff was kind and informative. Helpful and personable. The food was scrumptious and pleasing to the taste buds. Healthy servings, great prices, and the servings can be split. They are open 7am-2pm.

Huge pancake! 1 pancake is like 5 from ihop. Food is great, but it can get crowded, service is not to bad but it could improved.

Honker's reputation preceeded itself but didn't live up to the hype. To be fair, I only ordered 2 eggs over easy and bacon. The coffee wasn't as good as I'd like and the seating situation is awkward.
It's environment is dark. Little more lighting and it would be perfect
