food was fine but when I came in just now all the employees were standing around complaining about their "entitled" coworker asking for a raise and going on vacation while all of them were sloppily doing their job and standing around doing nothing. I'm pretty sure one was named kaylana and another was tristen if that helps anyone? I guess that has little to do with the quality of the food but personally I don't like giving money to places that create negative and toxic work environments

Waited in line for 5 minutes and left. Two people working can't handle 5-10 orders. One girl was texting in the kitchen while bagels were literally burning in the oven.

They have a 100% rate of getting my wife's order wrong.

I really like Einstein’s bagels for the most part, but they get my order wrong about 30% of the time. I eat here around 3 times a week and it’s extremely frustrating when I specify 3 times what I want, and my order is still made incorrectly.

Bagels and coffee. What more do you need?

This location is so hit or miss. My order is wrong half the time. I ordered a sesame seed bagel and got slices of bread with cheese (???) and the wait time is always far too long. A bagel shop with a 10-20 minute wait is ridiculous on its own, but with that time it should at least get the orders correct! That being said, I've had a few good bagels here and had some nice chats with employees when it's not too busy.

Oh man. This place. It's really hit or miss. I recommend you only go here when it's busy, when it's slow, the food standards are really low. I once was waiting in line and someone returned their sandwich after realizing the bottom of the Ciabatta roll was moldy!! The bagels are fine, but they under toast them so I always ask for double toasted. Also one of the sandwich makers is the slowest person ever so be prepared to wait awhile, no sense of urgency even with a line out the door. If it's the only option, stick with a simple bagel, but I wouldn't come back if it wasnt.

My favorite place to eat on campus! The employees here are super friendly and the prices are reasonable. Einstein's can be super busy at some times of the day, but wait times are still pretty reasonable. They also have good deals on various items some days of the week and the employees are helpful about letting you know how you can save money with them!

If you are looking for catering, look elsewhere. Customer service here is a foreign concept

Iced coffee never really cold, more like luke warm coffee. Also, their hot sandwiches kind of taste like metal.

Great Bagels, Wraps, and Drinks. Their pepperoni pizza bagel is delicious.

Drip coffee is about the level of convenience store/gas station grab and go coffee.

Best coffee shop on campus. They're even better than Starbucks!

Great location. Unfortunately, I don't know whether to call it greediness or price gouging, but this place is super expensive for the quality of the food. Service is good, food is sub-par and bland. A basic bagel with cream cheese is $3. THREE-DOLLARS. That's absurd. You can buy a whole pack of bagels and a container of cream cheese from any store for less than $5.
