They just need a better setup for the car lines! (I'm sure the workers agree!) But other than that, a good Dutch Bros!
All those amazing young workers deserve so so so much more then what's being given to them, please tip them when you can. The service was incredible and they were all so so kind to us. This was my first time going to a Dutch Bros, being from California and passing through idaho it was a wonderful experience to stop by and grab a drink from this Dutch Bros.

Dutch is Dutch, gotta love it. The drive through has a pretty sharp turn so those of us with long vehicles (pickups, maybe big SUVs) beware, you’ll probably curb it.
Almond milk chai tea latte was divine.

$5ish for 3-5 sips and a cup of ice? Only a little unreasonable.

Service is good. This location is an effing nightmare for getting in and out. Will NOT being going back to that location for that reason alone.
Fast & friendly service, delicious blends, accept all payment methods, and the kicker - ***CUSTOM DRINK TEMPERATURE.*** "Not too hot" cocoa is ready for my kids to drink as soon as it's served; no fear of burnt tongues. Staff is awesome - chatted with me during my very short wait, then remembered me the next day and followed up on our first conversation. Can't wait for this chain to come to my home in Nashville!
Amazing kids as usual, serving very decent coffee options. This location is a bit hard to get into, just take it slow and remember keep your eyes open for entering traffic when exiting.
Long wait, poor service would be nice if they would hire adult's instead of kids, with a sense of purpose and understanding of good customer service.

The coffee is really good here - it’s on the thicker side like melted ice cream (and tbh expensive). My only complaint is I have to repeat my order several times and get cut off when I’m talking so it’s a little awkward. I can relate to a lot of the reviews below.
The drinks are pretty superb if you know what you're looking for! The staff are very friendly, every time I come here I feel like I'm chatting up old friends. Definitely worth the wait
Always love their friendly attitude whenever I go to Dutch Bros! I wish they had one in Pullman. My only gripe is the lines are always long.
