Stopped in for breakfast with the family this morning. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. I had the “Keep It Simple” which consisted of 3 pieces of potato bread, bacon, and eggs. The potato bread was delicious with the fried eggs. This restaurant is worth the stop if you’re looking for some nice breakfast. Sitting outside is great.
Great food, great owner and staff = excellent vibe
This was my first time there and I was really looking forward to it after reading the reviews. Food was good so that was a saving grace but it seems they were short staffed so that detracted from the overall experience. When we came in it wasn't obvious to me what we were supposed to do, no menu on the wall that I saw so I asked the person behind the counter and she told me to grab a menu, order at the counter then they would bring the food to us. Self serve coffee. She was doing something on her phone and seemed irritated that I had interrupted. Lots of people coming and going so it appears to be popular and if it's not your first time you know the drill so the process is really pretty smooth. Old service station and they have done the minimum to transform it, I enjoyed the decor and admired how they had conserved money on the remodel. You have to exit the restaurant and walk around the side of the building to get to the bathrooms for instance, so an authentic service station experience there as well. The food was delivered in a timely fashion, I had the secret recipe pancakes which were quite tasty. I would certainly recommend this place as the food was good and the remodel was interesting. Hopefully you catch them on a day when they are fully staffed and are able to get the tables bussed in a timely manner. I didn't mind that I had to ask questions from a slightly irritated employee about how to order and the location of the bathrooms. After that she was quite pleasant, evidently she figured out that it was my maiden voyage to the establishment. Sometimes I am clueless so maybe there are instructions somewhere about ordering and facilities location so perhaps that was my bad.
Delicious as always! The food is so fresh and filling. Customer service is wonderful as well.
Wow! The Yummy sandwich is amazing! Best tempeh sandwich I have ever had. I was lucky enough to enjoy a birthday lunch with my family here.

We had a cinnamon roll which was delicious! We returned another day and shared the turkey on ciabata bun. Turkey's cooked in house and you get nice thick slices. The cranberry spread on it was awesome.
Up here for the Winter Ice Carvings, ordered Hot Chocolates and Bread Pudding to warm up. Great place, excellent staff, friendly, whimsical. Recommend supporting local businesses.
Best breakfast/lunch in mccall! Fun atmosphere, great food and drinks and wonderful staff. Order the Idaho waffle, you won’t be disappointed

Truly,…one of a kind Coffee/Cafe. Coffee, pastry, lunch served a la retro/sustainable/out of this World decor/table and chairs….and yes all done in a refitted car garage/service station. Creative and vegan sausage available. They don't do egg beaters which we would appreciate. Our favorite McCall breakfast stop.
