waited in drive thru line for over an hour, and still had to retell them the order 3 times. then still forgot our food. please have an adult on shift, because the kids seemed very stressed out and did not know how to handle the rush. very very poor service.
This beloved place has went to pot (figuratively speaking) The waitresses don't get your order right and when they give your food (or more like someone else's food) its not very good... Used to love eating here when Janie owned & ran it! Frosty Palace in Homedale is getting my business now, because they have stepped up their game since the new owner took over!
Went to get a milkshake with a buddy and the drive in line was 5 cars long. The parking lot thankfully only had one car parked in it so we decided to order our milkshakes as dine in. After getting our order taken we were forgotten about for 30 minutes. Meanwhile a teenager attending prom at the high school across the street wearing a DRESS went behind the counter and started doing things. Very unprofessional to allow this as a business. After they remembered that we ordered our drinks (Butterfinger/Butterscotch and a Strawberry/Cheesecake) they handed us a Butterfinger and a Butterscotch Shake. They then gave those incorrectly made drinks to the girl who was going to prom that went behind the counter. After another 5 minutes our drinks were made and we were offered a refund at which we didn't have the time to accept due to being on a timely schedule. That was my experience getting 2 milkshakes from The White House.
It was very good food, customer service and we will be stopping there to eat whenever we are out that way.

This place is horrible. $17 for a cheeseburger, Fries and a shake. Rotten lettuce, burned Bun, and I got a whole 12 fies. The shake was Mediocre.

Super rude, incompetent employees who can't even take an order correctly without getting all weird. The food here isn't worth the work to buy it in my opinion!
Drive thru box doesn't work,but no signage saying so. Was $30 for 2 meals. And we waited for more than 20 min at the window after ordering food. Cashier girl was very friendly though.
This place is just a joke now since the new owner. For being higher priced than it was before for food not worth buying anymore. The food isn't even good anymore, the last few times I've gone there has been not good at all, I used to love this place, but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place with how things are now with the new owner!!

Best small town mom and pop place anyone could ask for, the burgers are to die for. The shake list amazing, the customer service outstanding, I will definitely be back!
Great small town burger joint.
They did not get our order correct. Only ordered 2 burgers that was it and they could not get on burger right. It's not hard to NOT put mustard or tomatoes on a cheeseburger. We will never go back.
Got a nice & thick Chocolate Shake w/fries in the drive-thru. And this location is in cattle country, so lots of flies. Just bear w/it. I enjoyed both. Definitely be back.
Had breakfast. Was a bit of a wait, a large order had been placed just before I arrived. Very good breakfast, it filled me up.
Finger steaks with onion rings were very tasty, as always. Love their fresh banana shake as they aren't too sweet.
An ongoing experience... always getting orders wrong... then they get irritated when you specifically ask them not to mess your order up!
Pretty delicious shakes. I think it is drive thru only right now. Not entirely sure. Pretty quick also
