I worked here a couple years ago and the only time the store/ restaurant was open was when I worked and now after I have left I have sent friends up to check it out and their saying now you have to pay for an hourly rate for the pool all of them had to go somewhere else to get food or drinks you would be much better off going to the lowman inn to stay in a private yurt with an amazing view and go to kirkham Hot springs or go stay at the south fork lodge or the sourdough Lodge. will no longer be recommending in the future

We stopped by for a cofee break, Lisa and Ray attended us despite it was their dinner time and business hours were over. Both of them are real great hosts. Lisa prepared hot Chai Tea as per request and it was awesome.

What a great place, we keep coming back. Ray and Lisa are super hosts. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great food in the Cafe. Always feel right at home. Soaking in the room tubs and in the heated pool

Very disappointed in their Camper/RV setups. They have full hook up posted on their websites but they are only 30 AMP not 50 AMP bigger camper be aware. The pictures are very misleading because they do not show the pill of garbage on the right hand side of the gas station. The trees are not begin maintained at all and there is much work that needs to be done. I understand that the campground is under new management and I wanted so much to keep a open mind. I would love to give them a second change but at those prices you have to make some significant changes because it is so beautiful up there. You are very close to the main road which is fine if you are away of how close you are when you book. I would also like to point out I wouldn't find the Camper/RV section on google maps or RV review. Lastly I would like to thank the man that help correct the reverse polarity on the electrical hook-up that correction is the only reason that we stayed at all.

Rode my bike from Boise and the café was closed. But Lisa (owner) opened it for me so I could get a drink on a hot day. She told me about the private hot pool for only $10. I took her up on it and was glad I did. It was relaxing and the views of the mountains were wonderful. I will be back and stay the night in a room with a private pool. I'm looking forward to going back. This is a great motorcycle day-ride for Boiseans. Lisa is exceptionally hospitable.

Great hot pool with three sectioned off heat levels. The pool is quite nice and not slimey like some. Kudos.

This is one of our many great treasures of Idaho. The folks that run the place create a great atmosphere to RELAX and rejuvenate. All they are missing is the unicorn floatie that used to Grace the pool

Had a nice hr in the hot spring pool. Got there a hr early to have lunch but Cafe was closed, they were nice enough to let me do my hr in the pool early since it was not busy. If you go during the day bring water and sun block. There is very little shade. Will go back during the evening where it’s cooler and watch the stars.

Haven hotsprings is a family run business with a string of clean rooms that include individual small soaking tubs. The property also includes a larger soaking pool. They allow pets and have a cafe in the main. There is no cell service for 2 hours comings from the Boise side. If you are planning a late check-in, make sure you connect with the owners to ensure your access.

Super friendly owners and great eats. We came for breakfast after hanging at Kirkham hot springs. Will definitely come back!

We were camping across the street and stopped by the cafe this morning. Even though they were closed the owner was so nice and very kindly made coffee for us anyway to take with us on the road! Next time we’re in town we will come by to try the food as well!

TLDR - rude management. Look how she responds to other low ratings for reference. Has potential to be great with new owners. Made me embarrassed to tell my friends it was a cool place. I stayed at the haven hot springs a little over a year ago and frankly haven't been back for a stay because the management was more than a little rude. They post about wifi but then scoff when you say you need the password " you came to the mountains to use the internet" like okay some of us have jobs that require connection. I stay at the sourdough because the owners there are AMAZING and never make you feel less than welcome. I also witnessed her talking down to her employees on my stay there. She was eating cereal with her kids in the diner, and when the employee asked what she wanted done next she told him to shut up while she's enjoying her family breakfast. I later ran into that employee at the restaurant down the street after he had quit and he told me all about the horrors he endured working for her. This woman is the angriest person in the most beautiful place and I find that really sad. Anyways the reason for this comment is that on my most recent trip to the springs, we brought friends. We stayed at the sourdough (literally the best, stay there) but I thought it would be cool to go for a quick swim and show my friends incase they wanted to stay there for a night. (I also was considering getting a room for one night for the private tub). So we headed up to the pool. The sign with the wifi password and website to pay for the pool that was previously on the gate had been removed. It was almost 10 and we couldn't read any signs but saw only the pay here box lit up. We were there for maybe 10 minutes when the owner charged up the path yelling "where do you live, did you pay" I immediately offered to pay more money as she raised the price to ten per person per hour instead of 5. I was extremely nice and friendly, but she persisted with her anger. She went off about how it was a f

The absolute best part of my stay at Haven Hot Springs besides the glorious private soaking tub, clean room, wifi (which I desperately needed as I was on the road and had to check in with loved ones) incredible scenery, and close proximity to one of the most beautiful natural hot spring experiences ever was the sweet family that owns this place. They are kind and caring and do such an amazing job at providing a cozy experience. The large hot spring pool is the most perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee. I'm a hot spring connoisseur, I love rustic, real tubs with algae and life in them from minerals and lack of chemicals and that is what you will find here. Well maintained but natural healing waters untreated by harmful chemicals left in its original beauty. A must visit if you love hot springs and mountains and trees and rivers and sweet people with a passion for providing you with a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the hot springs pool and the Cafe so much! Great hospitality, great food, and the pool was fab. The different temperatures of the pool were so enjoyable for my kids to explore, and it was lovely to have a "shallow" section and life jackets for my non-swimmers. We can't come back soon enough!

I've lived in Boise my whole life and can't believe I've missed this. It's only due to a recent knee surgery and not being able to climb around on rocks/ hike to get into hotsprings that I've been exploring other options. This place was amazing. I made the reservation the morning of and drove up. I prefer a more rustic retreat. I loved watching the elk on the hillside during my soak too! Thank you!

I have been to this amazing place twice now. I would give it ten starts if I could. This is A MUST SEE place. Go stay a weekend. It’s amazing!!! Customer service was phenomenal. Ray and Lisa have done an amazing job. The food is seriously like a home cooked meal. The temperatures of the pools and hot tub have always been perfect. I will be back for sure again. I give the team ten stars. Even their cute dog. They make sure you are comfortable and get what you need. Amazing and very quiet. Thank you for making us very comfortable.
