Amazing! We stopped by on our way through and the coffee was so good. I don’t usually like whipped cream, but went for it because theirs is homemade and it was delicious!

So my husband and I came through this morning for our first time, customer service wise I would not be back. The coffee is good nothing extra special or amazing. However the young lady working the window (blonde almost waist length hair, younger maybe 17 or 18) greeted us with "do you know what you want?" No hello, how are you have you heard of our specials or have you been here before. I ordered the Kylie special (Irish cream, peanutbutter and white mocha) and my husband a regular white mocha. She gave us our total and proceeded to make our drinks. Keep in mind we were the only car on our side and the other window had one car as well. The bar inside is a baristas dream with 2 machines and an easy flow bar. The menu is easy to read and understand. We discovered at the window there were drink specials for the month but it was too late. If I want to pay $13+ for 2 coffees I can do that anywhere. People return to shops like thus for the customer service and the friendly attitude, this cute shop did not have any of that. The baristas did not really interact with the customers and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The coffee is fine nothing to write home about but not terrible or disgusting. It's the lack of customer service that kills me. I hope this place improves on the customer aspect because this could be an amazing shop!
Great coffee always get it just the way we order. Sometimes hit happy hour 1/2 price not sure when happy hour is or for how long but we travel Boise to SLC. A lot and this is our mid trip stop. Used to be Burley but these guys made the stop here over Burley. Fuel stop across street if you need it. Quick on and off freeway.
Good coffee. Flimsy cheap cups, the lids pop off and make a mess. Their customers deserve better in this department. Double the cup, so they don't buckle under the lid until the issue is resolved. Getting covered in sticky hot coffee and having to go home and change clothes and clean up the car isn't an option.
Great quality espresso drinks . Very good coffee. Way better than Starbucks. Great baristas . 5 stars

Awesome drive-thru coffee shop in Jerome! Great variety of drinks and special options and staff is always friendly and polite! The owners are great people as well! Also, happy hour is wonderful with half off espresso drinks <3 Be sure to stop in!
The coffee is high quality. They have a wide selection of preset coffees for you to choose from. As well the service is quick and effective. I would say this is up there for coffee for me. High quality, and affordable coffee. They are able to handle some of the stranger coffees we've requested like a white chocolate, banana, and coconut moca. Over all just drive up, order, get coffee. Bear in mind tips work like everywhere else they may not show on your banks statments and get pulled out when the payment is pulled.
I love Scarrows coffee. They have a great group of young women there. Customer service is Always top notch & coffee is the best. Thanks ladies it makes my day when I visit you.
Excellent Ghirardelli white mocha. Young lady by herself busy and she was still fast and efficient. We will add to favorites.

Nicest girls ever. Great COFFEE and cute cups. Only place to go in Jerome. The count chocula with a little bit of caramel is the best. Free drink when you buy a mug😁.
