Worst service. They seriously take 20+ mins to make a coffee.. maybe two.. and they help who they want first instead of who ordered 1st. This place is ran by children
This Moxie is so unique. It sells Mimosas too.
Love this place. If your day isn't going good, go to moxie Java! It will get better!
Dear Management, I’m not sure what you think your business is worth but it’s loosing value on a daily basis. Your staff needs supervision, they don’t have the “moxie” to create a positive customer experience. My advice to you is to read the recent reviews and train your employees.
I would give them a 5 star but ever since a few months ago it takes forever! I sat in the drive threw for a half hour for 2 drinks and 2 scones. They still didn’t get our order right! Last time I came I watched them make my food with no gloves on. The cooks were touching everything then touching the food.
Poor service, gots my coffee orders wrong 90% of the time when I was going there, wait times for coffee can be very long due to food orders at drive through. I do not recommend this place! 1-22-23, sadly nothing has improved. Had biscuits and gravy, the biscuit was good and the gravy was not. Took 45 minutes to get our food. The two of us we're the only one's in the place. Staff are not well trained. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
The kids working here didn't know what they were doing. Had a ask for menu, had to ask to take our order. Then one of the orders was French dip waited 20 minutes then they came said we don't have French dip. The food was cold ordered a cheese burger, got it No cheese, then a brought a piece of cheese, nothing on burger VERY DRY. Will never go again 😡
The drinks we ordered were not even close to correct. Just simple drinks straight from the menu. Then the only two people working said they never made coffee and they were new. It was apparent there was nobody there who even knew what was actually on the menu and when I asked if they had a menu card to refer to they said they didn't know. Blended Frappuccino was not blended and almost clear and they dropped a stur straw into it after asking for a straw. Hot milkee way was room temperature and had a very noticeable powder texture.
I was really craving a soft serve ice cream cone. I Googled them and they were on the menu. I drove there and was told they don't have soft serve ice cream. The only other place in town with soft serve ice cream was closed on Monday.

Nice spot to grab lunch or just a quick drink. We stop here when we visit Graveyard Point, since it is so close. The food is always good and the staff is polite, even on the days when they're slammed. Definitely a good spot to stop in the area. Love their sandwiches and finger steaks!
Service totally sucked. Had to find a server both to get a menu and a ticket. We were the only customers on a Thursday afternoon. Drove all the way from Mountain Home because they used to be good.
Dont use the drive up window. They directed me to pull up to the window to order then never came to take my order. I had to back up to speaker. Again directed me to pull up...I had to tell them I had already been waiting at tje window for 10 minutes. And in the end my blended drink was not good.. I keep thinking the service will get better but I think not now
The staff here has always been friendly. It's not always speedy, but they are short staffed and it's understandable! Drinks have always tasted fantastic.
The food was bland way too expensive and the employees were in the back watching videos on their phone with bad language that I didn't appreciate, it's not good for a family environment. I won't to be back

Short, fat lady with pink hair kicked my friends and I out. Apparently they don’t update the hours on their website because it said they were open until 10pm. They kicked us out at 7:45pm. They could’ve just let us lounge for a few minutes instead of arguing with us. Don’t come here to this overpriced and long waiting place.
