This is a cute coffee shop with a lot of seating which is great. There is some cozy seating and then area for bigger groups to sit. They have a cute merchandise area in the front. Coffee was great and I had a little scone that I really enjoyed. Altogether good atmosphere, would come here again.

Walked over from a nearby auto dealership while waiting for service on my car. Great coffee and baked goods. Plenty of seating in a cozy atmosphere (2 fireplaces) with excellent wifi.

Great selection of food. Deaf Coffee Night here is one of my favorite events! Update 2023: Deaf Coffee Night is no longer hosted here, pretty sad about the circumstances surrounding that change. Disappointed by the establishment's stated values vs. actions.

Today I saw a Lady work so hard to take care of the customers! By herself, was working the kitchen, drive-up and in store orders! WOW!!! If you have a employee that was willing to work this hard they should taken care of! This ALL STAR employee I believe her name is Lilani (I could of heard it wrong). Not only handle all this business but not making any mistakes. Great Job! Thank for make me a great cup of Coffee!

A bit bougie, slightly over priced and way too crowded, but it was good coffee and a nice vibe.

Delicious cappuccinos and absolutely the best scones we’ve had. Very welcoming staff. Such a nice stop on a busy day

Had hot cocoa with a friend. The hot chocolate was very watery. Tasted more like cocoa flavored water than actual hot cocoa. I've had a lot of different hot chocolates in my life and this among the worst. I was very disappointed. And the order took forever and they accidentally gave part of our order to someone else. So then we had to wait even longer. Then they gave us the order, but missing another part, so my friend had to go advocate for getting her scone... But. The staff seemed to be trying and were friendly. That amounts to something, I guess. And I thought the tables/chairs were cute... But I'd never go there again. Nor recommend it to anyone else. Ever.

Customer service was not great. Very impersonal. Coffee was even worse. I've had decent espresso at the Post Falls location but these baristas seemed to not have any proper training or they just didn't care about the process of pulling a good shot and preparing a quality Americano.

Wonderful atmosphere, and great service. I've come here on numerous occasions to meet with folks, or just to have a place while I'm in town to sit down a journal. The lady taking my order today went out of her way to make sure I got my points even though I didn't enter my number at the beginning of the transaction. Never had a bad experience here, just a lovely place with a decent mwnue selection and good coffee.

We enjoyed our visit to Terre! First off, there are so many neat things for sale here - coffee beans, Bibles, stickers, mugs, t-shirts - you name it! The coffee is also delicious. I got the Terre Spiced Mocha and it was delectable! I also enjoyed my pumpkin scone. The chocolate chip scone was a bit dry but has good flavor. The only downside here is that it takes quite awhile to get your coffee. This is understandable, however, since the baristas are also busy with drive-thru orders.

I found Terre by accident and gave it a try. The food is very good (chicken burrito & scones) are amazing and love the nutello drink cold with ice blended or hot. I hope they put a place in Sandpoint some day.

Great service and coffee. Many coffee shops seem obnoxiously loud, and artificially cheerful to the point of being a caricature, everyone at Terre (both locations) are very pleasant and seem to understand that the cheerfulness comes after the coffee! Also a great place to sit down with people.

Great customer service along with everything on the menu is amazingly great! The best coffee shop in Idaho. It’s a must visit if you are visiting Upstate Idaho.

We’ve stopped at many coffee shops across the country; this place alone was worth the trip to Idaho. Perfectly balanced iced latte!
