We come to the Chubbuck Soda Barn often- but this last few weeks the number of times one of the drinks we have ordered has been incorrect has been more often the case than the number of times it is correct. AND this evening we even double checked the order at the window before paying. When I called - for the first time after having 6 drinks made incorrectly- I was reminded as to why I do not call. The kiddo who answered was flippant and impatient. Responding "thank you for letting us know, goodbye." No apology, no ask to correct the problem, just an impatient goodbye.and a disconnect. This is poor training, teenagers or not, they should know how to respond when someone calls in. I will be taking a break for a good long while from the Soda Barn.
Always have loved soda barn. Great place for drinks. They are loved by the community and they love the community back. Always and forever a soda barn fan

I love all of their choices of sodas and flavors. I especially love their giant cookies.

Personally love the flavored hot chocolate, especially the Marshmallow one and the Salted Caramel one. Not too expensive either!

This is by far my favorite drink place in the Chubbuck/Pocatello area. They have the best tasting drinks and great service. I highly recommend.
