Food is good but nothing extraordinary. You'll be satisfied and happy, but not wowed. It's more of a place where you could easily make it your go to place. The staff is friendly.

Going down memory lane on a long-ago trip to Idaho and so glad to see this restaurant is still in business. We happened upon it by accident, but what a great find! Probably the best breakfast while in Idaho. Here's what I remember: The service was great, very friendly and welcoming, the food was fantastic, completely unexpected high end breakfast quality. If you are in the area and staying at a hotel, skip the continental breakfast and head here for a great meal.

Cute little tea shop nicely decorated. I felt like high heels and gloves would be appropriate! 😂👍But jeans and tee shirts works well also. A varied menu and nice proportions with nice flavors.

Just driving through Challis and decided to stop in for some lunch. On this day they had the pizza buffet. They had five choices of very delicious pizzas. I tried 3 of them and enjoyed every one.

This was the coolest place!! We went for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend it if you are passing through!! The Victorian house is beautiful, open and has the perfect feel - homey and warm.

We were told in Stanley about this wonderful restaurant and bakery. It was well worth the drive! The baked goods were of outstanding quality. Just everything! Especially memorable were the lemon blueberry cookies. Don’t miss the hidden gem if you are anywhere in the area!

Day trip to Challis and found this Gem and can not say enough good about the quality of the food and service. Old fashion hospitality. Wood fired pizza and salad buffet 😋 with a bear claw for desert. In addition outside dining and rose garden. You may want to call ahead to see what the special of the day is.

Great food always! They have reopened, now, after being closed this winter. Thursdays from 11:00 -2:00 their pizza/salad buffet is set up. They have an awesome wood- fire pizza oven which makes the pizzas take excellent!! Of course, you can still order off the menu if pizza isn't your thing! The buffet shuts down at 2:00. However, you can order pizzas to go until 8:00 PM on Thursdays. All their food is a treat. Debbie James is the Owner/Operator and she prides herself in providing a beautiful setting with high quality food! They also have a bakery and Barrister for specialty goods!! You can dine inside or take in the beauty that surrounds the Tea Cup on the outdoor patio!!!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Never disappoints. From the service to the fresh food, from the coffee to the pastries, a go to for sure. By far the BEST place to eat in Challis. We have eaten other places and they don't hold a candlestick to the Tea Cup Cafe.

Stopped into this nice shop in Challis on our way down the Salmon River National byway. This is one of the only coffee shops between Salmon and Ketchum, and the coffee was hot and the bear claw wasn’t stale. Good prices, friendly cashier.
