Eggs were actually cooked "medium well" (no runny whites) as I requested. Bacon was great. Hashbrowns were properly cooked and I didn't have to waste a pound of spuds. Toast was tough. Hope do you do that?
The food is great and the cooks are good at what they do. It was served with a smile and the pie was so so good. Get the pie.
One of THE great food treasures of the Treasure Valley. Wonderful food, attentive, personable, staff, reasonable prices. Be aware, they're usually jammed on weekends, simply because they're SO good.
Little place by the side of the road, but the food is great. Terrific meatloaf sandwich and a wonderful variety of delicious pies. Waitress was friendly, and service was prompt. Highly recommended.
You really have to stop in and see for yourself what a gem this place is. The people are so friendly, the service top notch and the food was amazing. I never take pictures of my food but I did this time. The presentation was like something out of a gourmet magazine. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years everything about this place is simply amazing!
The Orchard house is one of my favorites. Great stop along the wine trail. Highly recommend
We had lunch there, the day was rainy, so it wasn't crowded. Several young kids were working. I ordered water with my meal, it was served in a very small juice glass, I couldn't get anyone to bring me another. The server gave me a choice of sauces to have with my food, and I didn't get them until I was almost finished eating. Our food was delicious. Service was awful. Only 4 tables of other people in the dining room. Local foods, fudge, etc. are for sale. Be sure to LOOK at the price tags, I ended up paying $10 EACH for some jalapeño ketchup and some chardonnay mustard! Souvenirs are also very pricey. Lunch for 2 was $50. plus tip, I paid $80 by the time it was all over.
This is the finest gem💎 of the treasure valley!!! I'm a retired chef and have worked eaten at quite a few restaurants in idaho but this scrumptious delight of a place takes freshness to the next level and has the best staff you could ever ask for in a restaurant. BRAVO Orchard House👏 and thanxs again😊
Average breakfast. Service was friendly and good. I asked the hashbriwns be crispy and they were barely brown. Too far to drive for average breakfast.
Very unhappy with service. I got up to pay and in less that 5 mins thet threw away my to go box and wound go retrieve it for me. Why would I get a box if I didn't want to keep it? He claimed he looked for me but he didn't. Very upset.
Great, freshly prepared food, lovely gift shop, friendly service.
First time here won’t be our last! Got the onion rings for an appetizer and everything went up from there. Farm boy burger was perfect! Service was great! Will be back for breakfast and some of that bread pudding.
One of our very favorite places. Definitely a “Pot of Gold”. Best coffee mugs! Buy one or six 😋
The biegnet! Omg. Little devils are scrumptious! Had to send the plate back to the kitchen after I ate one so I didn't finish the plate and ruin my diet! So damn good! Denver omelet was made with FRESH eggs not the already scrambled premixed egg oil mix you find at most places! Plus they have a great country gift shop where I find great tin signs for my patio!!!
Great country location we love to eat here
Food was yummy. Wished we made it before 11 for breakfast. Of you go past 11 they don't do breakfast. Lunch was still tasty and hot. Try their Carmel apple mimosa!
Loved my Reuben but wanted to steal my husband's hamburger. It was delicious.
We used to love this place and have recommended it to friends. But today we had a disappointing lunch experience. We got decaf drip coffees and quickly noticed the coffee was extremely weak, was clear like tea and had no flavor. When the waitress came by we asked about having another pot brewed stronger so that we could taste the coffee but she said that they double filter it, and that is was strong but just appears very clear (???) She offered to get us another drink, which I accepted and had an actual hot tea. We waited 20 minutes for our two hamburgers to come out but our appetizer was also served at the same time. My $2 upcharge sweet potato fries were sadly room temp/cold. The hamburgers were pretty good. Once we got to the register to pay, I let the woman there know about our dissatisfaction with the coffee and she had nothing to say. She vaguely acknowledged my comment and made no apology or offer to remove it from our bill then handed me a merchant receipt to sign in a straight forward manner. I made no other attempt to further convey our overall experience with her after her lack of interest in feedback. So, I guess here's your feedback, Orchard House.
Co-owner Sherri delights in providing a friendly comfortable dining atmosphere with excellent food and delicious desserts.
Great place to eat on occasion. Sometimes there's a decent wait to get a table, but cool areas for the kids to explore and a small gift shop area. Food is great and atmosphere is relaxing. Prices are a tad on the higher side but supports a local business. Overall, I recommend to anyone in the area.
