First time visiting here. Sadly, the drink quality isn't great at all. Giving two stars only because of the friendly lady that took my order. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star. I ordered a salted caramel mocha.. and there was ZERO salted caramel flavor. It tasted like hot water with a splash of regular coffee in it. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

We go here a lot for coffee. It always seems like a gamble. Either it's way too hot or too cold. It makes us sad bc they are always super nice but it seems like they have no idea how to make coffee.

I hate to be this person, but this is the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it multiple chances, like 10+ times I’ve come here. Every latte I have ordered with oat milk and not so sweet, not too crazy of a request, and every one has been insanely watered down and bad flavor. I want to like this coffee shop so bad, but it’s just terrible. Save your money.

Great staff but the placement of location is rough. If there is a long line expect to sit for awhile. However the coffee always tastes great!
We went into town yesterday and was super excited to get drinks. We were in line at 4:40pm (we made sure we were there before 5 because due to NYE the location was closing at 5) and got turned away along with 2 other cars. We were already in line at 4:40. And the car I front of us was in like before us and still got turned away. Was not happy that we got turned away, I understand if we got there at 5 or 4:55 but we should of been served. Very unpleasant experience. (Caldwell location)
Tonight I had the pleasure to have Ava help me with my order and make my delicious coffee. I would definitely recommend this place especially if Ava is working She has awesome vibes and makes a good coffee also. Thanks again Ava!🙂

The lady who gave us our drinks was not really friendly. On top of that, gave us a fake cake pop and when we returned to exchange it she did not apologize. The cake pop was distinctly marked for display, it didn’t make sense for her to give it to us in the first place.
I've been to this human bean 3 times now, and the girls here can't remember the orders, get the orders wrong after they double and triple check, and are loud and obnoxious. The gal I had today was also obviously high and was having a hard time focusing and couldn't remember anything I had said.
