I love the coffee, but definitely don't go if there is a line and you're in a hurry. It can take a while. Very friendly and I love the copper camel.
Ok I'm torn, I loved this place when it was Joltz. Now I'm having a hard time finding redemption. Most of the staff are friendly except for one girl, short dark hair, who seems like a manager? She just has an attitude like she doesn't want to be there, and it shows. The staff take too long, I must wait patiently for 2-5 minutes to get someone to ask my order while I'm standing at the counter, because most of the time they are talking and ignoring the counter. A couple times it seems like they were training someone, and attention was needed for that, I get it, I'm patient. The price changes once in a while, usually by no more than 0.50$. The biggest complaint I have is inconsistent opening hours, in the last 3 months I have twice shown up a half hour after opening, and they were closed. I am sad that the drip coffee is not self-serve, but things change. The owners probably need to be aware of the opening hours, the girl that hates her job. Now I do like the friendly workers who help me and leave me alone and seem to enjoy being there. I love the theater seats that have stayed and the large tables I will continue to go here because it's convenient and I dont have to go to I to town and it's usually quiet.
I love their Mexican Mocha! Really good bagels also.
Awesome coffee ☕, the breakfast items are a little pricey but still delicious 😋
The two baristas this early morning were so kind and fast. 5/5 delicious coffee!
Love it here, I am a regular. Great coffee, not sure about the food items, but my favorite local place for coffee.
Never order food...I only go for the coffee!! Always made just right and a smile!!!
My wife goes hear most days and they know her and treat her like a VIP. She says they make the best skinny Chia tea. Their hot chocolate is good too
Love this coffee shop, great place to go with friends visit and relax!! Their coffee is delicious 😋
Always a great experience at Jack Henry Coffee House and the coffee is tasty.
The guy at the window today wasn’t friendly at all, when I asked for a kids hot chocolate he gave me cold chocolate milk and my iced coffee wasn’t good it was still warm. The drive thru also takes awhile to get through. I won’t be coming back to this coffee shop.
Super nice staffing, but out of 3 smoothies, they were all.... Flavorless. Like... No flavor. I could taste a little cinnamon, that was it.
I love the coffee here, such a cute little coffee shop with great customer service!
This is the best coffee I have ever had!!! The flavor and their quality ingredients are nothing you find at the chain or regional coffee shops. Their beans are the best . Their drinks have more coffee- where you have to pay for an extra shot at other shops to get the same. This is a family owned gem that more people should know about. Inside the shops is atmosphere that is fun, unique, inviting and so well done. The smoothies are all fresh fruits and not the boxes that you find at others. The staff is always so nice and really want to make sure your drink is right and you like it. I live closest to the Caldwell location, which is 5 minutes from the Indian Creek plaza. Once you try their coffee you won’t go anywhere else! We need more of these near Meridian/Eagle!
Went through this morning and wasn’t feeling my best; I did not get there names but they were the sweetest gals ever. Customer service I give a 10!! Most definitely made my day, we need more people like them.
Love their coffee! By far one of my favorite places to get coffee!
Really good drinks!! The coffee is delicious.
Gorgeous coffee shop! The staff was so sweet and it was a nice quite environment.
Amazing service pouring rain and they came out side to take the orders because the drive thru line was getting long impressive. Also amazing coffee ☕️
Asked that they re make my drink an americano due to having too much creamer in it. They wanted to charge for a new drink. Not my idea of good customer sevice or smart to loose a customer over such a small cost thing.
