My absolute favorite Cafe. I always get their jasmine tea, but their coffee is rich and flavorful as well. They have a wide selection of fairly priced drinks and baked goods of superlative quality. I strongly recommend visiting if you're in downtown Caldwell! Still probably my favorite but as of March 2023 I don't really go there. Virtually all the staff have a holier-than-thou vibe worse than Hot Topic in the early 2000s. Feels much less welcoming and much more hostile, but the quality of the product has remained superlative.
This is a cute little coffee shop in Indian Creek Plaza. We came in Saturday morning at 9am and it was pretty crowded, lots of people hanging out with coffee and breakfast and perusing the shopping section. Live music too!! I wish the space was bigger and had more of a sit down vibe, it was so crowded that we took our coffee to go. It's one of the only spots open in the area before 11am so no surprise that it's busy. Will definitely be back!
The coffee is amazing, especially their hot chocolate.

When you want coffee or teas, and you want to support small local businesses, here's the best place to do so! Large selection of premium coffees teas and Italian sodas. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, the staff knowledgeable and amazing. I love sitting outside and enjoying a pot of tea and people watching.
Great coffee and hot cocoa. Seating is good. Fun little shop to buy from too. Got these stickers.
Flying M has excellent coffee! The espresso is always perfectly poured and my lattes are always that perfect balance i'm looking for. The pastries are delicious and the gift shop is always jam packed with fun/funny eclectic gifts to give to friends. You will usually be waiting in line for your coffee but the service is ultra fast no matter how busy or slow it may be. Flying M is a fantastic local cafe that never disappoints, just dont bank on getting a table during peak hours because everyone else feels the same as well. You are guaranteed to have a great coffee no matter how you drink it, delicious pastries, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. It is where the locals go. 10/10 I have never been disappointed.
Maybe if they add in them menu, some food like sandwiches

Nice coffe shop and good atmosphere
Just like the location downtown in the fact that the staff is friendly, the coffee is great, and prices are roughly average. Just like their other stores that have a unique and awesome gift shop. Each store has its own vibe, Caldwell is no exception. Need a reliable coffee and nit sure where to go, these folks are solid and you won't be disappointed. p.s. This location features frittatas and they are great. If you want a nice fast breakfast or snack not loaded with carbs, check out their awesome frittatas
I would give it five stars if it had more seating. I enjoy all their locations. This one is very close to the ice rink and downtown shopping.
I had matcha tea with lavender (delish ❤) and my daughter and friends had elderberry lemon kombucha. We shared a mango-coconut cream cheese bun (yum). It was wonderful and the atmosphere is very chill/cozy. 😊 Will definitely visit again!!❤❤
This coffee shop is seriously so adorable! I didn't have much time to browse the gift shop but when I do have a moment, I certainly will look around more. The coffee is also delicious.

This was my 2nd time at Flying M- the gifts were as unique and interesting as I remembered. My chai latte was delicious!and the lemon cookie delectable. Highly recommend!
Super fun coffee shop right next to the Indian creek plaza. Went skating and supped by for coffee and hot chocolate. The place was buzzing with people. Lots of trinkets and local gifts. Service was prompt and baristas were friendly and cordial. Laid back vibes.
