The staff tipped themselves without asking me.
Bought a 5.30$ coffee was charged 505.30$ like how do you do that? It's your job to pay attention and make sure you don't screw over the customer. Now my bills have to wait for me to be refunded. Thanks. The one on chinden.
Not much to share, service was good and the girl was patient as I really didn't know what I wanted. She threw out a few options and I ended up with a Caramel latte.
The staff here are awesome! They take the time to remember my name and my usual drink!

This is the third time in the last couple weeks I’ve ordered a couple blended drinks and each one is full of whole ice cubes. It’s hard to catch in the moment and I try to be understanding of the ratio of customers to baristas but it’s disappointing after a few times.

We ordered 3 drinks: they were all wrong and the customer service was poor. Ps my sister in law asked for oat milk dt lactose intolerant and got a reg latte. We are bummed headed to Black Friday shop.

Waited in line for over 15 mins this morning only to be told when i got to the window that they were out of espresso beans. The lines on both sides were out to the parking lot, the least you could do is send someone out to let everyone know what’s going on instead of wasting everyone’s time. Super inconsiderate. Had to go down the road to Starbucks and i was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 mins. This is only one of a handful of times i’ve received extremely poor service at the chinden location.

Pulled up just before they closed and the worker was still friendly as can be and as always their drinks were all amazing that we ordered. The coffee has a much bolder taste than other places and their chocolate beans are so tasty
I was shocked at how slow the staff was today. I sat in line for close to 15 minutes. I mentioned that the line behind me was long. Employee said yep we are busy. The manager is wrapping baked goods for us. Usually this is my favorite place to stop on my way to work.
This is the BEST coffee around!! The staff is Friendly and Efficient. Never a long wait. If you haven't been here, give it a try, you never know...
