District coffee house will forever be my go to coffee spot when I'm in Boise!

By far the best traditional Expresso and Coffee in Boise. I have been coming here for years and wish I got more coffee here than I do. I first found District Coffee one day after getting off work and ordered a Cappuccino and was extremely impressed by the question of whether I wanted it wet or dry. Not a lot of places even give that choice or they just assume everyone has coffee the robotic automated way. Excellent atmosphere and chilled environment perfect to hang out on a day off, not to mention it is within walking distance of all the great shops in downtown Boise.

This is the best chai latte I think I’ve ever had. Thanks ladies for the recommendation.

I stopped here by the recommendation of Dylann at Dawson Taylor to taste the second coffee shop of the day. I was excited to try this place because of the latte art in the pictures. I've never had a latte like that before. 🙃 Walked in and I loved the atmosphere right away. It was packed though and it very well deserved the amount of clientele. Ada took my order and was very nice, very talkative with a bright smile! She had the latte art specialist make my drink, a vanilla latte. It took a while for me to get my order but it was very well worth it. I got a bag of Bright Eye roast and was excited as heck to try latte. It smelled a bit similar to Blonde but far brighter. After getting my latte, I took a sip and was astounded at the taste of the light roast, with the bit of milk and vanilla complimented the roast even further. I sadly couldn't finish it as I had two drink at Dawson Taylor so my stomach was starting to act. Nevertheless I slapped a lid and took it with me on my four hour drive home!

Nice, clean, cozy coffee shop with great coffee. They take the coffee seriously but not themselves.

For a small menu it stands out! Everything was delicious, it did take them a minute to get the orders while it wasn't busy but not crazy long. Worth the wait. It doesn't really have a sign, only found it because we searched for coffee. Glad we did try it out!

The coffee is great but they are sooooo slow. There could be two customers in the store and it takes 20 minutes to get a drink because the baristas spend so much time talking to each other. The shop is also always ungodly hot. Too many better coffee places here in Boise.

This coffeeshop is the best kept secret come to life. They always have great local art for sale, they make known where/who their profits benefit, and the business is maintained by good local people. I will always recommend it to new friends and acquaintances... Old ones too! Try the almond milk chai, extra foam too! This coffeeshop is hip and trendy but never pretentious. It is evident in the atmosphere why people visit. It is clean, and yet homey. Props to the design crew too! Absolutely love the turquoise couch.

Great little coffee shop in downtown Boise. Great place to meet and talk. Looks like they have a set up for live music. I'll have to go back and try it again.

Fantastic coffee shop, offering great specialty coffee offerings from unique lattes to pour overs, a variety of non-coffee beverages, and baked goods. The staff is friendly and informative. The interior is clean and very well designed. The cafe is great to sit in and enjoy the nice music, but outdoor seating is also available. They serve coffee by form and function, and they offer a nice variety of that coffee in whole beans, with the option to be ground. I enjoy this shop every time I can when I visit boise, and would highly recommend it.

Lovely breakfast and atmosphere. The avocado toast was the best I've had anywhere. Coffees were delicious and the counter staff were super sweet and welcoming. We accidentally took someone else's sandwich and were mortified. But they were so nice about it even though we were "those people" by mistake. They handled it so graciously. Definitely coming back.

The District is a beautiful spacious place to relax, work, and socialize. The last time were were here, the barista generously offered our table a free latte, so I figured I’d take a picture of it!

Drinks are tiny and overpriced, 8 oz drink is 4.25, and music was too loud, you couldn’t hear the person sitting at your table at normal speaking volume. There’s better in Boise.
