Was our go to coffee shop but quality of drinks and variety of baked goods dropped some time back. Employees and atmosphere are nice. Wish they would bring back some of the old pastries. Even with the coffee not being as good as before I would still come by for the almond berry pound cake, it was amazing.

Got the caramel mocha and it just tastes like chocolate milk with a touch of caramel. Not somewhere that I would visit again.

Such a quant, and cute place for coffee! Definitely recommend their breakfast burrito!

We loved this place: great vegetarian breakfast selection (try black beans and eggs steamed with cheddar cheese and warm tortillas) and lots of shaded outdoor seating with dog water bowls out. Coffee is excellent. For dine-in orders they use silverware and plates, with no plastic to be seen. Perfect stop after the "Old Pen" hike.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, awesome people for sure. The space feels luxurious but unintimidating. I could stay in here but do work for hours. The cold brew is robust and very tasty, would come here again.

Stopped by Java for a post mountain bike ride coffee and sandwich. AJ realized that they were out of g.f. bread and offered an alternative that was really good! I'm not sure where java gets its staff but they are great at their jobs and just good people. AJ and the lovely girl who made my lunch know how to make people feel welcome and this is why this is our downtown coffee shop. Word up!
