I have been to numerous desperado's around The Valley. But this was my 1st time ever coming to this location. I don't know if it's because they seem to only have 2 or 3 people working. But it took a lot longer than I've never seen to get our drinks out. We ordered 2 orders in the same car. My friend ordered 1st, and then I ordered. When we got up to the window, the lady making them gave my drink 1st with her kids' drinks, and then said her drink with my kids' drinks. We got kids smooths. At every other location, it is always blended. At this location, it looked like they put ice in the kid's cups and then threw a little bit of the smoothie mix over the top of it. It definitely was not blended, so they could not pull it up through their straw. I mentioned to my friend that this is the slowest it had ever taken us while getting our drinks. When I pull up to a Dutch Bros, I'm used to music playing, being asked how it is going. I understand they have a job to do and they're busy but we hardly even saw the lady that I think made our drinks. I don't know if she was new and they didn't have enough people working.

Shouldn't be allowed to put "coffee" in their name. They sell extremely sugary drinks. I'm sure this place is GREAT if you're into that. If you order cold brew expecting something that tastes like coffee, you will be disappointed. I recommend this place to people who don't like coffee and love sugar.

Always great service and drinks! Tried the new cookie crunch cold brew. Delicious! Added salted caramel and raspberry second time and even better!!!

When you wait in line for 20 min and nobody moves but there's only 4 cars ahead maybe there should be less chatting and flirting and more working.
Ordered inside because the car line looked like it’d take longer, but I don’t think any time was saved ordering inside

Walked in here twice was never helped or even acknowledged.. the employees all in a separate room only helping the drive through.
Officially converted and will only drink this coffee. Great service always. Had some peddler knock on my window and the employees chased him off nicely and respectfully. Live this place.
I love Dutch! There always so kind and fast and I love there drinks! And they have something for everyone:)
I'm very ashamed to call myself American after my experience at this location.. I was discriminated on because of my gender by one of the staff members a complaint was filled and I'm still ashamed to walk in and place an order..
The Dutch Bros never disappoints. The staff and quality of drinks are both worthy of my repeat business.
Good coffee and special orders don't upset them. We always look up if a Dutch bros is available when we plan vacations. True story.
