I love Dutch and always have however recently I have struggled a bit to keep coming. This location is the closest to my home and I can never come here because of how long the wait is (30-45mins) and I really wish they would stop asking people to tip. Asking for a tip is extremely rude in my opinion and they are not servers they are just doing the job they are paid for. I always tip because I understand they don’t get paid much but asking for it is a no no to me. Always extremely friendly and kind🤍

The people here don't seem happy to see you, at least when we were there. That's fine but not what you expect when you drive up to a Ducth Bros.
Always a great experience whenever I'm getting coffee. People are super nice and upbeat. My favorite location is on Cole and Victory for two reasons. 1. It's less than a 10 minute drive from my house! 2. They always have fresh, hot coffee, it's never burnt or cold!

Terrible, slow service! There were 6 people working and no one was taking orders outside until after I sat for 15 min.
Spent a half hour plus in the drive through. Half if not more of that time was spent on one specific car the all the workings wanted to socialize with. The line was going out onto the main road. 3 cars where able to pull ahead while taking thier order which was roughly 10 plus minutes. When collecting her drink it took another 10 minutes roughly while any other car was only 10-30 seconds. Multiple vehicles left the line due to how long they where taking with this customer. This "10 minute trip" turned into over a half hour because the baristas wanted to socialize with thier friend. Definitely my slowest coffee experience. I hope management sees this and get thier crew in shape
**New update on the bottom** Updating my review from 5 stars, to 1 star because their app force-updated and now it's conpletely broken. I had a lot of rewards points and money in the app wallet and I can't use them now. When I launch it, it tells me I have to uninstall TeamViewer from my phone to continue, then it closes. 1. A coffee app should NOT have ANY reason to be scanning what apps are on my phone in the first place. Extreme invasion of privacy!! ! 2. TeamViewer is a legit enterprise app used by dozens and dozens of billion dollar companies, not some weird 3rd party security issue type of app. So it's legitimate, ON TOP of not being any of Dutch Bro's business what app I use. 3. I understand app development is tricky and mistakes and bugs happen- but I have not been able to get a response from the company or an update to fix this since November 21, 2022. Based on these things I will not be going to Dutch Bros any more and actively discouraging people from supporting them. **Updated again because they did fix the app's function, but nobody has addressed the fact that the app was violating people's privacy and asserting permissions it shouldn't have had.**
Baristas are rude service has slowed down so much there is always a line. Much more concerned about their own personal conversations to work. Needs improvement since loss of 4 baristas that keep place going smoothly.
I am a newbie and super satisfied with how this company does business. The staff is always friendly, especially the closers, and always personalize each experience. Keep up the awesome customer service Victory Road!

Thank you to the gentleman that made my day a little better. As he came up to take my order he noticed that I was upset, I recently had a family member pass and his kind gesture is the only reason I smiled that day.
We went through around 8:00 p.m on December 1st it was two girls working! We asked for one of the drinks to be hand blended, and it wasn't so we showed the 1st girl that just took our order. She told the girl who made it, and the girl immediately argued back saying it was hand blended with a bit of an angry tone. It definitely wasn’t hand blended, its not a huge deal I just dont like it blended that way as much! I just dont get why she couldn’t fix it for us. The girl who took are order was so sweet though!! :)

They do a good job for such a busy location just wish I wasn't waiting 20+ minutes every time I go. It seems like they don't staff enough in the early AM.
