Amalia was super kind to remake the drink that was previously made incorrectly. Courteous staff and very good drinks. Recommended.
They seem to be out of quite a few of there pastries just before noon. This isn't a one time incident it is continual. Not eveyone work the day sift. It'd be nice if one could get a pastry with there coffee even though it is noon. The customer service is generally good, even though i havecasked and mentioned it several times. The barestas are good pushers of whatever food they have left never any of the sweet. The atmosphere seems to be good for catching up on the laptop. Meeting a friend for a noon pick me up and a sweet if they weren't out. I keep coming back the coffee is good service is fair but I'd really dig a pastry.They're lemon poppy seed muffin or their blueberry lemon scone would be awesome to purchase one around noon. Just an idea
Wow! I just stopped in while visiting from out of town and this place feels so cozy! Modern building with free Wi-Fi and EXCELLENT coffee. I ordered the Caramel Blondie which was very tasty and prepared by very friendly staff. They sell some small breakfast items as well if you’re a bit hungry, but I did not try anything in that aspect. They also sell K-Cups of their coffee if you’re interested. I will definitely make another stop in tomorrow to sit back and relax for a bit. Highly recommended!!

They are fast and it tastes so good. The girls that work there are always very nice.
Waited in drive thru next to the speaker for about 15 - 20 mins, nobody took our order. Took them that entire time to make just two small drinks. We left without anyone ever speaking to us.
The girl who served me coffee seemed stressed or upset and was rather rude.
We have been exclusively getting coffee from Black Rock for a few years now. Best coffee in the treasure valley. We were extremely disappointed when we were turned away on Thanksgiving while in line to get coffee via the drive through. We got there before 2pm (when they were planning on closing the shop that day) but when it was our turn to order they refused to serve us because the clock had just turned 2:02pm. We were the last car in line, stuck in the drive through, while the only two other cars in front of us received their drinks. This was an example of terrible customer service. All we wanted was a single cold brew and we would have tipped them well for their time.

Great drinks, service and atmosphere! Update, changing my rating. $8 for a freaking coffee?! That's more than starbucks! I for sure will not be returning unless you are running some kind of promo. Ridiculous.

I got a hot chai latte this morning. The drink was pretty standard. Nothing really seemed to set it apart from any other chai I've had that comes from the box. But the service was great. Friendly staff and served quickly.
I can't say that any one coffee bar is better than another. It depends on the staff. They are friendly enough, and their products are good.
It is hard to find a good coffee shop in this area and so I was pleased to find Black Rock. I definitely recommend it. The staff is excellent and the drinks are sublime. I had the best lemon poppyseed muffin I think I have ever had. I also stayed for well over an hour and it was a great place to get some work done.
Stellar coffee and fuels. I love the deals they post one social media. This has become our family favorite coffee spot with great prices and something for everyone.
Nice sitting areas my coffee was ok my favorite it Dutch Bros but I wanted to try this area with my friend and people were in there on their lap tops the music was a bit loud but clean environment
Blackrock is fantastic. I like the taste of their coffee black. Blackouts are a great sweet treat. Their Vanilla Honey Latte is spot on as well. All staff are always friendly.
