Don't order delivery! The app does not work for tracking , the food is way disgusting. Meaning soggy burnt and no care put into it. This has changed my whole outlook on this place. The bread was so soggy I barely ate any . The meat was old and hard and burnt and I think that was hard as a rock Cheese with mold in the pic but not sure.

I gotta tell you, the Chicken Pesto I had was delicious! While Firehouse and Subway are about getting the biggest yummy sandwich for quick on-the-go lunch, this is more of a place where you go on a Saturday for lunch. They also have really good Sourdough Bread here, it was truly great bread. If you do buy some of their Sourdough bread, I would recommend putting it in the fridge as mine started to get moldy after a week of purchase. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience

I stood at the counter while employees walked back and forth with no acknowledgement. Okay maybe busy even though resturant is empty. Finally a girl comes to the register and just stares at me. I tell her good morning and start my order. Coffee machine is broken. Okay whatever. I order the rest of my meal and sit. My side of ham was a slice of deli ham and my fried egg was crispy like a chip. French toast was dry. 12 bucks never to spent here again.

This place is about to price itself out of my life. The service is usually ok but the food is consistently inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and the portion size and hotness is all over the place. The prices are absolutely outrageous.

We are dealing with some medical stuff with my little girl and we traveled to Idaho Falls to see some specialists. Between appointments we came and got some lunch. Not only was the food incredibly good and gave us some much needed comfort and a place to rest for a minute, but as we were finishing up a worker brought over a loaf of bread. It was the simplest thing, but it was just really kind. They didn’t know what we were doing in Idaho falls today, but they brought us some comfort. 10/10 would recommend for food, service and atmosphere.

Kneaders is very slow preparing the food and they are inconsistent. I absolutely loved the chicken, cheese and ham sandwich with sliced, grilled sourdough bread. The second time I ordered it, I asked for sourdough bread again, but it came on a hard bread that was not grilled. It was a total disappointment. This was just one of several times I've received an incorrect order. When a craving for something familiar hits, I will not be going to Kneaders.

Chicken salad in croissant was like soup on a bun. All dressing no chicken should have been served with a spoon

This was a first experience at Kneaders, and the food was delicious!! The atmosphere was very nice, relaxing and clean. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The price was quite steep! I was not expecting to pay $20 for a basic turkey sandwich and a tiny cup of soup. I'd eat here again, but definitely not on a regular basis. It was too expensive.

Kneaders always has the best stuff. I just came here a few years ago when I lived in Rexburg but I always go back now when I pass by. It's just so good!

Good food and service. They need additional staff to keep up with customers.

Came to Kneaders for a late dinner around 9:00. Had a delicious bowl of broccoli cheddar soup! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was clean and welcoming. I took my brother for the first time and he definitely will return in the future to one of my sharing my favorite restaurants!!

I used to love Kneaders. However, I have been disappointed by their desserts lately. I recently had a stale cinnamon roll and oozing, watery icing on a mini cake.

1st time to visit a Kneaders restaurant. There was a long line to order, but you wait next to a bakery display case. So it gave me more of a chance to decide between all of the yummy looking treats. I chose a chocolate croissant, a raspberry tart, and a turkey avocado salad. Everything was awesome! It's good that we shared the salad and treats because the menu choices were pretty pricey. We still left feeling satisfied. The atmosphere was casual, clean, and pleasant. The decorations were cute and I saw a place that appeared where you can make and purchase gift baskets. There were no prices or instructions marked and no one to ask for help, so I can only assume. We sat next to the window and soaked up some sun. I gave lower score for service because of the long wait and the only interaction we had with staff was the cashier who wasn't friendly or helpful. She was just there to take orders, and seemed upset because she was busy. I don't know. But it didn't feel like a good first impression to a new business as a customer. The stars I gave were for the cleanliness.

Employees were super nice but unfortunately I experienced a mistake with my salad, I ordered through the drive through. I asked for poppyseed dressing instead of ranch. When I got home, I noticed they forgot to switch the dressing out, which was super frustrating. They even had the switch on the receipt but didn’t double check the order before they gave it to me. I had to give the salad to my husband because I’m allergic to an ingredient inside of the ranch, which is why I asked for the poppyseed. Love how fast the service is at this location but I would prefer the service to be slower if it meant they properly checked their orders before handing them out.

I love kneaders. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So yummy. I recommend the French toast, beef stew, and sour dough bread. My only complaints: can be slow service, and the smoothies are too sweet. Otherwise 👌

I took a class here with some friends and we were able to sample some things. It was heavenly! Honestly, I could see this being my new favorite place to eat. The food was so clean, presented well, and tasted great. Will recommend to everyone.

Kneeders is a 10/10! I have never had a problem here. I will say that 8/10 times I come, it’s because me and my wife are looking wanting chocolate domes and eclairs. The other 2/10 we are either coming for the delicious all you can eat French toast, or the amazing sandwiches ( I recommend the pesto chicken sandwich). The service is always friendly and fast, and they are always helpful in some way I wasn’t expecting. I will say that if you are ordering the desserts, make sure that you ask specifically for the (BUY 5 get 1) because if you don’t they might not ring it up that way. Other than that I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for a good breakfast lunch or dinner!

I had the broccoli cheese soup and a mini raspberry tart. They were delicious! I was disappointed that they don't give a slice of bread with your soup anymore. I'm not sure when that changed. It was nice to sit around the table near the cozy fireplace and visit with friends. Other delicious things that you should try there are the chocolate mousse bomb, the Asiago bread, all the soups, breakfast sandwiches, and chunky French toast!

Oh my heck this place was terrible. First the girl taking our order obviously hates her job. The price of the food was ridiculous. And then when we got out food I literally laughed because the sandwich was way smaller than a normal sandwich I’d make at home and there was barely a skiff of meat on there. I couldn’t even taste the meat at all. $31 for two tiny, meat-free sandwiches. Forget it.
