Best acai I've tried, and also coffee is good.

The only good coffee we tried on the island! We weren't fans of Kona coffee, so finding alternatives was difficult and on our last 3 days, we found this gem. We love lattes/breves and that's what we had here every time - came out consistent, creamy, and just GOOD every time! For those saying it's expensive - have you found any cheaper coffee on the island (or food)??! Highly recommend! Cute interior as well.

We arrived around 8am on a Wednesday morning, excited and curious to try a Hawaiian coffee shop. The store appeared only moderately busy (there was plenty of open seating inside and outside) but we waited in line about 15 minutes before we were able to order our coffees. About 15 minutes after placing our order, we enjoyed an Island Latte and a Hawaiian Honey Latte, both of which were excellent-the coconut and honey flavors were delicious. These were truly the best coffees I’ve had in years. I’m giving my experience 4 stars due to the long wait—the coffees were fantastic.

We love this place! We’ve been coming back every single day after we first found it. Something you can’t miss in Big island. Kona coffee has very high standard on coffee been selection and filtering, there were not much produced, that’s why coffee in the island tastes so good! Highly recommend the vintage mocha.

They do a good job at their açaí bowls and coffee; however, there costumer service really needs some work. I was pretty surprised at their lack of patience and kindness towards their costumers. And I hope they realize that they work in a location that is primarily tourist driven… so if they work there they should be prepared for a more touristy vibe and they should show a little more patience and kindness towards new customers.

Went to the Whalers Village location 3 days in a row in Maui and it was fantastic. This location in, however, was the total opposite. Totally disorganized staff and as several reviews have noted downright hostile customer service and attitude from at least one staff member who seemed to be the team lead/manager today. I can be patient and give grace with incorrect orders and missing items but being treated like a 2nd class citizen as a customer isn’t ok.

Great coffee, but because of the epically long waits and non-existent-to-outright-hostile customer service, I'd suggest just about anywhere else.

A friend recommended the acai and poke bowls from the Oahu location and I was happy to find them on the Big Island. Unfortunately, this location doesn't have poke though. I tried the Lilikoi Moana Bowl and it was fantastic. It's hands down the best acai bowl I've ever had. I love lilikoi, so I was happy to find they have one with it. I'll definitely be back next time I visit.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much from the coffee, I just thought it would be a cute shop and a nice place to study. I was completely wrong though. I got the best coffee I think I have ever had! I can't remember the name, but it had honey in it. It was amazing! Totally worth the price, and I'll absolutely keep going.

Coffee: 5/5, thought the Island latte was amazing! Price: 3/5 Wait time: -1/5, crazy how it will take 45min-1 hr with 8 people in line. If you want to get in and out, don’t come between 7am-10am, it will take longer than you’d like. Açaí bowl: -1/5, worst açaí bowl I’ve ever had, awful.

Amazingly good chai latte! Pretty typical price for the tourist side of the island. The Waialua Moana bowl was good too.

Coffee & latte were great. Didn't care for the sausage in the breakfast croissants. Staff was very efficient.

The maple bacon cheese croissant was really good, the bagel and cream cheese was just fine, our drinks were ok, the açaí bowls were very yummy and not too sweet. Would return for açaí

Had the Island latte (macadamia nut + coconut), really good. Nice and clean, very modern. Took a bit longer to receive the drink order compared to what I’m used to though…island time :-).
