ワイアルアの中心部、かつて製糖工場があった跡地にサーフショップやサーフボードの工場(PYZELです！）、石鹸工場と共に一番奥にアイランドエックスハワイがあります。 まず書くと、ここでオアフ産、ワイアルアのコーヒー豆が買えます。ハワイだとコナやカウ(カウアイ）コーヒーがメイン。ライオンコーヒーなんかもそうですね。 なかなかピュアなオアフの豆は買えないのですが、ここはピュアなオアフのコーヒーが買えます。 試飲もできて、気に入れば購入です。店員さんに一部日本語が話せる方もいらっしゃるので、英語が難しい場合は日本語が話せる方を探しても良いかもですね(以前ここで働いていた方、ハワイに来る度に話をしていて、コロナ直前に「空港のカウンターに転職するんです」って。その後どうなったのかな…）。 豆は生豆含めて購入可能。豆は洗浄の方法やロースト、豆の形状(ピーベリー）で複数種類あるので、悩んでお買い求めください。 チョコレートもあります(これも激ウマ！）。カカオもここで作っているんです。時期が合うとカカオ豆を発酵させる過程が見られますよ！カカオの発酵にはお酢を使うらしく、強烈な匂いが… 強い匂いが苦手な方は注意してください（笑） コーヒーの話に戻すと、ワイアルアのコーヒーは焙煎や豆の洗い、乾燥の仕方で味や酸味が異なりますが、全般的にかなりすっきりとした味で雑味がないキャラクターです。 私、かなり好きで個人的には輸入して日本でも常に飲みたい程。 先にも書きましたが、100%オアフの豆が帰る数少ないお店。オアフのお土産に最適なので是非！ (店内は色んなお土産も扱ってますのでこちらもどうぞ！）

This was such a cool little place! We were on our way back driving from The Dole Plantation (aka tourist trap) and stumbled upon a sign leading to this store. As we were looking around, Reba approached us and asked if we wanted a tour of the coffee and chocolate estate. We saw staff sorting beans and washing beans, the holding containers, press containers, etc. Not knowing what we were going to see, it was very authentic and Reba told us everything there is to know of the coffee and chocolate process and history. This was the real deal. We were even offered various samples of coffees and chocolate! This is definitely a must see! Reba even recommended a few local places to see and eat and they were delicious! I'm so glad we stopped. You will find lots of souvenirs, coffee, chocolate, novelty items and more. There are also other locally owned and operated shops in that same area. They do have shaved ice here and I hear it is the best around. We didn't have any only because we had coffee and chocolate samples from our tour. Shop local!

There is a place for kids to play while you shop and take the tour for the coffee and its process. Everyone is nice here :)

This place is spectacular. First, it is set up in an Old Sugar Mill ( in addition to other surrounding businesses) but has a quirky tourist appeal with Hawaiian items. It is impressive that Wailua Coffee is grown, and hulled next door. They buy it and you can see them roasting it in a big machine set up art the front of the store. * Sidenote- this process does not smell as good as coffee being brewed. I get espresso here and enjoy them. My favorite is the shave ice- their natural pineapple is the best shave ice on Oahu and I have been to ALL the shave ice stores- the natural dragon fruit and banana are choice as well. Bill, the owner is often around and give you the run down himself if approached, very cool guy. I go at least once a week for espresso /shave ice; sometimes two. Aloha and Adios

Love this place...not only for tourist but locals as well. Staff are friendly and shave ice is "ono " with lots of flavors to choose from. Always find things I like as well as for gift giving.
The chocolate and coffee are unreal! Owners are also so gracious and kind. I had bug bites on my legs and they gave me ointment to treat it!
Always greeted with a friendly smile and Aloha. The coffee drinks are my fave as well as their new smoothies. They are my go to place for special gifts for family on the mainland. You gotta go see them! Support our local businesses!

The real deal shaved ice here, legit local coffee and cigars. Friendly.
Google maps originally sent us next door so a tad misleading. However tried the organic shaved iced here and definitely my favorite compared to the three other shaved iced locations we've tried in Hawaii. Was able to sample the different organic flavors and the individuals behind the counter were patient with a group of us. Highly recommend trying the shaved ice here.

2013年にハレイワの帰りに始めて行ったのですが、その時に車椅子乗られてたオーナーの笑顔と優しさに癒されました。他の皆さんも丁寧。そしてコーヒーも美味しく頂きました。当時、購入したマグカップが今年2018年6月の地震で割れてしまい次回ハワイに行ったとき絶対寄って買って帰ろうと思います。
