Everyone was super friendly. The place was very kept and clean. Places to charge your phone or laptop. They were super impressed with our service pup, ( she is a skilled superstar). We got some blended ice coffee drinks and they were ono and the price was good. ❤️

Cute coffee stop in a great location. This has been our regular coffee stop while in vacation here. Coffee tastes great, nice menu with great variety of coffees and teas as well as other drinks like frozen blended coffees and non caffeine drinks. Lots of snacks and small grab n go lunch options as well. Definitely a great place!
Coffee is good. Bathroom veryyyyy dirty. The part that pleased me was they were open after 4:00 on a Saturday!
Came here a few times and respectfully can’t give a higher rating. Coffee is alright. Nothing is worth the price in my opinion. Food lacks flavor and quality. Ordered an avocado toast and there wasn’t anything special about it. For the price, I expected a little more than just mashed avocado on a slice of toast. The next time I went, I took a leap of faith and ordered a smoked salmon bagel (what could go wrong, right?) and again, disappointed. There was a chunk of cream cheese and a sloppy pile of salmon in between a plain toasted bagel. At this point I believe you’re paying for convenience considering this is the only (obvious) coffee shop in the area.
Need help for seating area and quality bakery products.
The internet is slow. The ambiance is stark and freezing cold. I buy my drink and use the internet. I was put off by a 51cent charge for water but what really sucks was being TOLD to leave before they closed 10 MINS so they could clean the lobby. I was going to leave at 8 anyhow but check this. Even the employees dont want to be here. I've worked customer service and hospitality for a long time. Would be nice if this next generation could give it back. So super selfish. X In the way

Great coffee if you're looking for something on your way to the Volcano National Park in Hilo. Staff is friendly and they've a variety of snacks/food options too.
Best cup of coffee in Hawaii and super friendly staff. Gave us a great breakfast recommendation for a local Hawaiian style meal.
This place was so dirty. And the coffee drinks are all made with artificial flavors and fillers. I had a matcha latte and it tasted like chemicals.

Had the worst experience here. Came here to do homework, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Luckily I had a personal hot spot on my phone so did that route instead. Ordered a mango cold brew tea, it was good but for $6.50, seemed expensive for tea. Lots of homeless people in the area, so you’ll need a key to use the bathroom. Leaking pipes from the ceiling so they have a bucket in the middle of the place. Lastly, they charge for iced water… Overall, would not recommend.

I tried to order a hot cappuccino with a shot of raspberry, but they don't have raspberry (very little limited choice of flavor shots). Somehow, the girl I was ordering from suggested a hot chai latte and I sheepishly agreed. It was actually very good, although quite sweet. Service was fast and courteous.
