The Teas are delicious!
This is the best avocado toast in Hawaii. From the bread to the edible flowers. The sandwiches are also next level. Very fresh and excellent.
This place is awesome. I had the mediterranean wrap and oh my word was it everything I needed today. After doing Akaka falls with my kiddos I was hot and needed something light but satisfying for lunch. This was perfection. I need the recipe for this wrap stat!
Such a beautiful and tremendously delicious café with special coffee variations and awesome healthy food. I had a White Chocolate Lavender Latte which had a good coffee taste and just fine notes of chocolate and lavender. I can also recommend the Sourdough Sandwich with Mac Nut Pesto and Avo. I can highly recommend this place which just opened in January this year.
I had one muffin and coffee, and unfortunately both were substandard for big island coffee. Given it 3 stars, since they staff were friendly and welcoming.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! We had the Mediterranean wraps and they were delicious. The iced coffee was great too. Staff were super friendly. Best part was a girl (I believe the owner) gave my wife real aloe vera plant that was from her fridge for a terrible sun burn just to be nice. Absolutely recommend this place!
Stopped here before going to akaka falls for a recharge. Had a delicious americano with an amazing fresh chocolate chip toffee macadamia nut cookie. The entire interaction just felt so calming. Definitely get a baked good!! Oh and Queso the cat is a cutie!

There are very few meals that I would consider life-changing, but the sourdough sando at The Hive was one of them.

Wonderful and delicious cafe, beautiful presentation, exceptionally friendly and kind staff, oh, and bread/drinks/meals are da kine! Try the Mystic lemonade and Vegan Avocado Toast. Mostly vegan and vegetarian options w some chicken for the carnivores.
Awesome and worth the stop. The avocado toast is magical. Any of the drinks are great! Hours of operation currently are loosely Tuesday though Saturday 10-4PM :D
We stopped by for a smoothie and it was wonderful, bursting with fruit and oh so tasty. We enjoyed it so much we decided to try the avocado toast with an egg and bacon.... I've never has such an amazing breakfast! The presentation was stunning and the flavors were mouthwatering. I'm home from vacation now and still thinking about the wonderful food from The Hive. Thank you!
