全体的には値段が若干高めで、ケーキはハワイ独特のバタークリームです。 ハワイでは生クリームを使わないので、しょうか？気候に関係するかもね✨

Their pastries are delicious, but they need to do better to enclose them in a clean environment because of flies and other elements that are not good for you.
Tried to overcharge me for some drip coffee ($5 instead of $4) and then tried to charge me an extra $1.50 for the creamer as well. Never do business with this company. Employees are poorly trained and extremely rude. Rude customer service: on more than one occasion ignored me for a long time and then told me to go wait in a different line, where I couldn't see the gelato. Came by later and they were taking orders by the gelato.

The worst illy cafe I have been. Ordered an espresso and a coffee latte. Espresso was okay although lack of body. Coffee latte is a disaster, first they used a wrong mug, milk foam was foamed badly, over frothed with too much bubbles and too thick. What they served was not a coffee latte…
Coffee mug wasn't full, not hot and no chocolate powder on top and expensive.
Try the Afagato it's amazing. Coffee and vanilla Gelato. 😋

Very rude staff. Made wrong coffee and said it was my fault. Passive aggressive behavior and little knowledge about coffee culture. Very nice coffee equipment made me excited but the staff ruined it. Will not support

I loved Illy stores in Europe, and have preached their virtues to many friends. Finally, we have one here! It's a little different (a patio, not a store filled with beautiful coffee machines for sale), and the baristas don't wear neat uniforms and dazzle you with sheer skill... but it's still Illy. I love the coffee and gelato! Beware, it's as pricy here as in Europe. But it's good and stylish, and makes for a nice treat.

Great service and good coffee! I tried the marrocchino caldo which I’ve never seen anywhere else. Can’t wait to try their gelato, especially the stracciatella
