Each time we’ve traveled to Oahu, we frequent the coffee experience center. They have the best coffee & breakfast.

The coffee itself was fine, nothing spectacular but good enough in comparison to other cafes on the island. The cashier didn't acknowledge me at first when I said hello at the register, she just gave me a side eye. I figured she was just busy and the rest of the transaction was fine I guess but when the barista quickly set my drink on the table and rushed off I kind of felt some kind of way. The shop wasn't busy and simple hi to acknowledge me would've been fine and a quick ' here's your drink' would've been nice too, it felt like my presence was an annoyance.

Recommend ordering in person and not online — their ordering system does not work well and poorly judges busy times at the shop. Good service and friendly enough staff but they got my order wrong.

Great little shop! Got to see some beans get roasted and got the Hawaiian latte. Prices are a bit expensive, but worth it for a treat. The macadamia syrup is great and not too strong!!! I got a canvas bag and a fry bag here as souvenirs to be used on my trip, and they’ve been great quality and great memories!! I would definitely stop in for a treat again.

Excellent place to get together for a small group meeting or friends gatherings. Coffee is the best. Dessert could be improved. Some breads are good. Pricey.

I’ve had this place on the top of my list for a while and was super stoked that I finally got to visit. But it was disappointing for me. It’s wasn’t clean, there were tons of people, the baristas and cashier had very little aloha to offer, and it was so loud. Though the building, layout, and roaster itself is cool, it’s simply way too big and impersonal for my taste.

It was our first time visiting there. We were in that neighborhood and saw this place so we went in to check it out. The inside atmosphere is nice but the service is so so. One of the ladies at the front counter was not friendly. She is a young lady with long burnet hair. She didn’t even greet or smile. I asked her a question what to order because it’s my first time there. She didn’t even try to help or make any recommendations. Her answers were short too. I would go back for the food and coffee but not for the service.

Great coffee and pastries! Ambiance is nice. Wifi is fast. Warm since it’s not super air conditioned but they have fans running in the middle area. Great place to work (maybe not for zoom calls, it can be loud) or start your morning.

This review is solely for sound. The inhouse songs/music they play were good but just too loud. We gotta speak up to hear each other well. Imagine the entire cafe speaking up? It makes it really noisy (unnecessary) and my ears did suffer. Not a relaxing coffee get together. The volume might be good if u just walked in or are busy with getting things done but I think I appreciate a cafe that's mindful of how loud the music gets, I couldn't sit there for more than 30mins. Good for the cafe's business I guess but I am not going back anytime soon. Good thing is, its spacious, has good coffee and good snacks, good parking.

Just had the best cup of coffee I've ever had (Kona Peaberry pourover) and a muffin that was nearly as impressive. I cannot believe I've been missing out on this place and if not for a bookclub Meetup, I still wouldn't have tried it. Great atmosphere too.

We got there too late, and they had stopped serving food. So we opted instead to get a Hawaiian and Mocha Kona Frost. 8/10 for us. I think they're hot coffees and matcha are better. The girl that took our order at the service bar was not as friendly towards us. Didn't smile or seem in a good attitude.

Best coffee experience on the island! They roast the beans in house in the middle of the shop! Their pastries are so flaky and tasty and fresh. The matcha Oreo yuzu cheesecake is delicious and not too sweet. The nitro cold brew is strong but not acidic or bitter. The Açaí smoothing is filling and flavorful. Everything is definitely worth the money and the trip here for your morning coffee. Big space inside and outside to sit and drink or do work. They have merchandise as well

As a little bit of a coffee geek I loved this place. They have different posters on the wall about coffee's history and origin, etc. They have an open bakery where you can watch them baking😋. We were a little confused what the coffee cupping lab was but a kind worker there explained it to us and it was obvious that she was knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, which is awesome!

Made my first stop here today after passing by so many times in the past. The environment is pretty cool, you first smell the fresh roasting coffee come straight at you, and yes, it definitely smells good. I had the drip coffee today for my first visit, sitting outside writing this post because the indoor area is somewhat crowded with people on their laptops. Drip coffee is rich in flavor. A little bitter at first then became smooth. They also offer pastries and cold drinks here as well, a very relaxing environment and kids friendly place. I sure will be back for more.

Coffee was really good-wrong order on iced americano-received a hot coffee-staff were friendly but not present Enjoyed outdoor seating-inside seating was consumed with single disconnected folks on laptops that appeared to be there for the “duration” Is this what coffee shops have become? A desolate zombie isolating environment of folks on laptop;,no conversation and it does not appear that they were consuming anything. Not sure if I will return because in my mind a coffe shop should be a place where patrons purchase and consume food or drink;; engage in conversation and monopolize the space for maximum time of one hour

We got the Hawaiian Açai bowl and Kona pour over coffee. It was a delicious experience. The Açai Bowl hit the spot. The smooth texture, refreshing fruits, and coconut and macadamia nut crunch was amazing altogether! We got the 100% Kona coffee pour over and it was absolutely delicious and smooth. The patio was nice and quiet compared to the bustling indoors.
