Went to Waynesboro to visit antique shops. Burke Perk was recommended by a local antique shop owner, and her recommendation was great! I enjoyed The Club with fries and my husband ordered The Classic Clucker sandwich with fries. My club sandwich was enough for 2 people and came with a generous amount of fries. My husband dove right into his sandwich, and it was all gone before I could take a picture. Service was great considering that today was high school graduation and the majority of the staff was off due to that event. Great atmosphere, nicely decorated and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend. During the week they have a buffet, so I look forward to trying that the next time we visit. *photo is just the half of my club and fries that I took home😅

Over priced. Stay away. Food was not very good. They charge 3.99% credit card fee on top of expensive food . We had two club sandwiches for $32.01 not including tip. They also do tip suggestion on top of tax and credit card fees.

A nice eatery in the middle of Waynesboro located on Main Street by the old court house. Everything I've had there has been good.

Came in for dinner with friends. Most had the hamburgers. Couple of bacon burgers, sliders, mushroom burger and one meatloaf special. All the burgers were very delicious. The meatloaf meal I'm told was wonderful as well but the raves were for the mixed veggies that came with. Loved the hand cut fries too!! Didn't get pics because I was too hungry to remember. Oh well.

No longer a Bake Shop, but they have a fantastic all you can eat buffet. They had 5 different meat selections and literally 8 different vegetables, corn bread, dessert and tea. Real Southern food at a great price! Downtown Waynesboro is full of shops and interesting places to walk around after lunch.

The manager was a complete witch!! She acted very inconveniened that we were even there! The burger I ordered was super burnt and cold even after coming out 30 to 44 minutes after we ordered (3 entrees no complicated orders). There was nobody else in the restaurant. When we told the waitress the burger was burnt we caught attitude from her. The manager was "at the store" per the waitress and we saw her in the back of the restaurant. Very disappointing 😞

I thought it was a bit overpriced for what we got. Nothing special - I wouldn't chose this as a place to eat again. I got the ragin cajun sandwich. They didn't even serve with chips or even a pickle. Wasn't terrible, just didn't impress. Service was good and pleasant.

Excellent food and service. The best southern food with real ingredients! From baked fish, fried chicken, lemon chicken, grits, collards, all cooked to perfection, and so much more to choose from!

Was traveling through on a 4 hour drive and needed some coffee to continue the trek. Even though the name has the word "perk" in it (a well-known word used with coffee shops) and is a bistro (a type of restaurant known for coffee), they do not sell coffee. The cashier explained it was under new management, which changed the menus but kept the name. Not the smartest move.

Under the old owners, the place was fantastic. The pictures you see are from then. New owners tried to make it a "Southern Restaurant" (like they can compete with Taylor's), but then went through an identity crisis. Southern resturant, occasionally the old bistro food, then came pizza....???? When taking over a business, there has to be a business plan BEFORE you take over. I miss the old place bc you know what you are getting and the menu was bistro food, as advertised. Idk what it is anymore but hey, this would make the 4th "Southern buffet" in the area. Nothing new, nothing origional. Expected better.

Had high expectations but was very disappointed. Great service but horrible food. Hard to mess up nachos but they did.
