It was okay. The place looks really neat. I appreciate cream and ingredients being mixed on a cold plate. There were 2 size offerings visible at the cash register: small or large. I ordered a large, but I was tols I couldn't. They were out of the large cups for almost $8, before tax, but instead of removing that part of the display for sake of redundancy, they just had to keep telling the customers that they're out of large cups. The small cup was barely halfway filled. While the end result tasted good, the amount for a small, almost $7 before tax, was not a great value. It averaged to be about a little more than $2 per roll of ice cream.

Both positive and negative things here. Very excellent idea and yummy ice cream! Each cup is made to order so service got behind. Ordered as a couple but received cups a long time apart

This was a great place to take my family to. We enjoyed their variety of choices of ice cream. Plus, the venue was well put together. We'll be returning!

I was just there with my husband and a polite young lady and her boyfriend were waiting for their order when the young lady with long brown hair brought it to them then proceed back behind the counter to continue on the other orders this young polite lady went up and quietly spoke to the employee and told her she didn't want whip topping. The employee then huffed and took the ice cream back and looked very frustrated and walked over to the trash can by the hand washing sink and rolled her eyes and scooped the whip topping with carmel drizzle on it into the trash can and there was still whip topping and proceeded to cut up more strawberries for the ice cream and give it back to the couple with a snarky attitude. It was at this point I looked at my husband and told him that we were leaving and not trying this place. Customer service is very important to me and I was not pleased at all with what I just witnessed. We have nine grandchildren who we like to take and try new things but of course we try the places out first and this is not a place I will ever bring them. If I could have given them zero stars I would have based on what I saw today.

My husband and I came here a couple of weeks ago for the first time, excited about the flavors and to try rolled ice cream. The 3 girls (probably high school age) were pretty rude to us. They looked as if they would rather be anywhere but there, even though only 3 other people were in the store. As soon as the girl got our order, she sat on a stool on her phone and was very cold to us. The girls handling our ice cream slid them to us on the counter without a word when they were finished making them, rolled their eyes, and then promptly went into the back room. It was pretty awkward for us as we were cordial and polite to them, saying thank you and giving them smiles. Don’t know if we’ll go back, even though we liked the flavor of the ice cream. I get that it may not be a glorious job, but there’s no excuse for someone being cold/ rude to customers for no reason other than that we decided to go get ice cream that day.

The idea is nice, they have a lot of flavors and toppings. Coconut flavor was very oily and didn’t taste anything. It took more than 40 minutes for two ice creams.

Awesome, my first day in valdosta and we wanted a treat. The staff were super friendly, understanding, and professional. I had a difficult 4 person order, and told the Individual it didn't even have to be good looking. But the response was "it's my favorite part if the job!" So, blue hair, star wars rebel jacket....you're awesome

We love going here! You get your money worth and can watch them roll the ice cream. Plenty of flavors and flavor combinations! Staff is friendly also. Highly recommend

I love this place! The ice cream is delicious. I love the topping selections. My only recommendation is that the employees act like they enjoy their job and want to be there. I’ve been in several times and the employees are not very friendly. I feel like I’m bothering them, but the ice cream is so good that I keep coming back.

This is quite the experience. The cheese cake ice cream sprinkled with strawberry and raspberry was the best and most unique ice cream I had in a while.
