This place has come a long way... everyone has always been very nice. But when they first opened it took a really long time to get anything but doughnuts. Now they are surprisingly fast.

Cashier messed up my order and I was the only one there. However she did give me my money back for overcharging me.

Not enough variety and this store consistently runs their inventory down during the busiest times such as the weekends when customers are buying more baked goods

Never has any Donuts no matter when you go. Crazy for a donut place to always be out of donuts.

Always out of donuts, morning, afternoon, and night. No sign at road. Rude employees. Never going back. Krispy Kreme in Commerce is where we will go.

First, NO DONUTS, ever. Been in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Just went on a Sunday morning, no filled Donuts. Zip. This has been ever since they have been open in Toccoa. Second, there is NO SIGN. If you want business, you need a sign at the road because by the time you've realized where it is, you've passed it. Really, just wondering why a business would spend all that money building a place in a town and not advertise where they are since they are offset from the road. It is baffling. So, we will keep going to Krispy Kreme in Commerce. KK has big fresh and hot donuts, which we have never received at DD. Quality went down with Dunkin business. I used to eat at a DD when I was a child and Donuts were bigger and fresher. Since this location never has Donuts (and sadly the employee working was well aware they never have donuts), I can only attest to DD in other locations because the Donuts are always stale, dry, and never fresh. Icing on Donuts is old and crumbly. Back to this location in Toccoa, the parking lot is ALWAYS EMPTY. I am wondering if the owner knows why. Should have built a Krispy Kreme.

I went to the Toccoa Dunkin' with a friend today. When I finally got to the window, I had to wait for 5 minutes and my food was sitting on the counter the entire time where I could see it. An employee stood inside with her back to the drive-thru window the entire time. Finally someone else comes up and the one with her back turned turns around and brings us our food and drinks I that had just indeed been sitting there the entire time. When she handed me my items I will say, I informed her that as a past barista myself, I typically do tip all baristas if I can and had every intention of doing so today but due to the negligence and unprofessionalism I would not be. She laughed and said "okay bye". Honestly this is just uncalled for and a lack of training. Should I have said something? Probably not. But should I have waited for 5 minutes while an able employee was standing right there with my order ready? Definitely not. Do better.

I really have no complaints at all regarding to customer service and all my orders have been amazing… BUT not having all day breakfast is killing me.. I have a really bad eating disorder and it’s very difficult for me to eat most of the time. I usually get hungry for breakfast during midday.. the breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin are just light enough for me to eat and be easily digestible. Maybe this bothers me so much because I used to live next to a Dunkin for years that has always had an all day breakfast and I’m not accustomed to it.

We ordered online and once I arrived to get our order the order was short 3 items. I was also ignored for 15 minutes waiting on the items they missed. The staff were very rude. I will not be returning.....

I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve visited Dunkin Donuts in Toccoa. The blood orange refresher is my favorite. The crew has always been friendly and smiling. I’m glad they brought one to Toccoa.

Decided to give Dunkin a try. Great selection of breakfast foods. I had the avocado toast with bacon, and a Carmel Macchiato. The toast is a large slice of good bread a thin spread of food avocado, but the bacon is a little bit less than I expected, but we'll cooked a tasty. The coffee was very good. Prices were as expected. Service was very good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.

The kinks should've been worked out by now. Every time I go they either are out of things (certain donut flavors, breads, etc) or they mess up my order (using the wrong cheese for example).

Very friendly staff and fresh donuts! The pumpkin spice latte wasn't my favorite, but that means I'll try something different next time!
