Nice place, really good oat milk latte and maybe the best blueberry bagel I’ve ever had. I’m traveling for work and it’s not always easy to find places in South GA where I can open the laptop and work. Red Owl is a nice find.

*UPDATED* I had the worse experience today with the employee working the drive-through. She literally laughed in my face after I told her my first drink. *Original* If they were consistent then I would give them 5 stars but they are definitely not.

I LOVE Red Owl! The coffee is AMAZING and not bitter like Starbucks. The people are always friendly. The only issue is that it always takes so long in the drive through. Drive through wait time needs to be better that's why I'm giving this a 4 star and not a 5. If drive through was quicker it would be a 5 star. Other than the drive through situation, the place is great! I would recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered a tea and more items … my tea was very watery, they didn’t leave herbs in the water to steep. I also asked for honey to be put in my tea… it didn’t have a spoon to save its life . I asked a second time before completing the order to “put a generous amount of honey” . It’s completely disgusting. I love all people and their likings …. but the loud metal scream rock music wasn’t pleasant; with that experience and tasting our food… we recalling couldn’t trust it anymore… the taste was something else. I’ve been here before and it was GREAT! These new year changes aren’t great.

Nice holiday flavors, very friendly staff. Sometimes the drinks arent has hot as I like. Impossible to contact company on any level with phone number not working and does not respond to FB messages.
Love Red Owl Coffee Company, but I have been sorely disappointed with the wait times at the Tifton, Ga location. For the last week, it has taken 20-30 minutes when there are 2-3 cares in line. Employees can be seen doing other task and socializing before prioritizing the drive-thru line. This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area, but I cannot do a 30 minute wait anymore.

Coffee was good, but they don't make cappuccino...what kind of coffee place doesn't have cappuccino? Well maybe they'll get their machine working and I can give them five of five.
Usually love this place. Today's visit was lacking. Firstly, I tried to order one of the fall flavors and was told they weren't making anymore today. It wasn't even lunch time yet. Secondly, the two frozen caramel dulces were more like a soupy milkshake instead of their normal consistency. Other than that, it would have gotten a 5 star rating.
Like banana smoothies? Take your own banana 🍌 I'm known for bringing my own bananas. A girl likes what she likes!
We always get coffee here when we're in Tifton. The staff here is always cheerful and helpful and the coffee is AMAZING! If you are a Starbucks junkie, then you must try Red Owl. You'll never want Starbucks ever again. Red Owl is waaaaaay better!
