I love this place. The best coffee and the best sausage, egg and cheese biscuits on this planet.

Great spot. Great coffee. Really slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a chicken salad wrap.

Had a great break working on some social media posts while in town for a wedding. The coffee was tasty and the muffin was moist and delicious.

Unique building with down to earth options! We enjoyed the balsamic breakfast biscuit and were surprised at the combination of flavors. Delicious! Service was excellent and friendly! We will be back!!

This place is my one of my little pieces of Heaven. One of my favorite things to do is come down here and sip on a coffee while either reading a book or doing some work. Phenomenal lively atmosphere. I love their coffee, and whenever they have their limited edition coffees (Christmas Blend, Bean My Valentine, etc), it's awesome that they have it as an option on tap. They have a great menu as well. I had the breakfast bowl the other day, and it was amazing! Their espresso, butterscotch/chocolate chip cookie square things are delicious! A good coffee shop is a pinnacle of any small town, and this place has certainly checked that block.

Great place for teenagers to hang out. We don't drink coffee, but there are smoothie options and other snacks.

i love the coffee its great but i feel i shouldn't have to ask them to fill the cups up when I'm spending 15 dollars on 2 of them. and also i was told it just dosen't fill it up by a lady. when they used to always fill the cup up to the top. this is the second time this has happened..

I bought this coffee at Whole Foods grocery store. As you can see the roast is between light and medium, but in fact, in this package, the roast is dark, as you see in the photo. Question to the owner, is your roaster really unable to distinguish between light roast from medium and dark? If the roaster over-roasted the coffee beans and instead of a light roast made it dark, then you don’t need to supply this coffee to a chain like Whole Foods, thereby deceiving customers.

It provides a good shot of espresso and a decent mocha (what I ordered). But per the wife the cold brew was "smooth and very delicious". So if cold brew is your thing this would be the place to go

While I enjoy the nostalgia I get from walking into grassroots, management needs to keep a closer eye on the afternoon staff. They are not paying close attention to order tickets and are flat out making drinks wrong. 4 out of 5 times my frappe was not blended enough and forgetting to add whip(which is not free). They are either not putting enough syrup or to much espresso in the lattes I get. Grassroots has been an institution in downtown thomasville but there seems to be a developing lack of care.
