Great coffee, but the girl this morning 745 am, April 26th 2023 left a lot to be desired. No good morning, no hello. Unfriendly to say the least, and of course the next person who walks in gets a full hello and good morning. Terrible customer service.

Cute little local coffee shop. It was busy the day I was there. I had a well made cappuccino and some Belgian waffles.

Cute inside. Very quiet atmosphere, no one was there and no music. My small mocha was fine, but not worth $7

Nice, cozy little coffee shop. Very friendly and courteous. The coffee was made just right. The seating area is simple and comfortable, which suited what I was looking for at that moment. FYI - It's not designed for a large gathering like Starbucks.

The baristas were friendly, the atmosphere when I came (10:30 on a saturday) was calm and relaxing. The waffles were phenomenal. The coffee was average. I ordered a Nutella oatmilk hot latte. Afterward I saw they had cold brew and nitro on tap and will likely be back to try them.

Cip's is as I would describe a place where time slows. Now that might seem like a lofty idea, but really this place has a charming atmosphere, great staff, solid music choice, and in house roasted coffee with a variety of roasts. Go here, get the coffee, try a croissant, sit down, and let an hour slip by in what feels like 15 minutes.

The coffee was good, but the taste was a little lack-luster for the matcha green tea latte. I would say that it looks very cute, though, and is a nice place to study!!

As a coffee enthusiast, I’m so happy we have this place locally. The baristas are talented, the setup is impressive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. For those looking for a good source of espresso beans, I’ve dialed in their dark roast at my home setup and it’s a solid choice. Keep up the great work CIPS! We’re lucky to have you here!

This was a cool spot. Very quiet and chill spot, perfect for studying or just sitting and reading or writing. The staff are what appears to be a couple of high school aged kids, but their customer service is great. They even brought me my food which I didn't expect. Now, the food and drink were good. For a drink I just got a simple iced peach white tea which was sugar-free just how I like it and tasted great. The cactus rose can drink I got was also good. I was just curious to try it out and wasn't disappointed. The mini Belgian waffles they had was a perfect lil snack. I really liked the very berry one cuz I enjoyed the fresh berries that went with it. It was nice that they didn't drench it in syrup but gave it to you on the side so you can get the right amount of sweetness as you wanted. Overall, great place, especially if you're looking for a more quiet cafe to spend some time

Local small-town-feel coffee shop. The barista seemed to have a lot of friends coming in and out of the cafe, keeping him company during his shift. It made the environment seem happier and livelier. Things you should know: I. PARKING Within a plaza. There's a shared lot out front with plenty of available, free spaces. II. SERVICE They have some good things going on here. Their syrup flavors are clearly listed on the menu and include a lovely sugar free option for people like me who avoid guilt. Also various milk alternatives. On another note, I ordered a cold brew and ended up with an iced house coffee haha I was too lazy to tell him the drink wasn't right. That's on me. III. QUALITY Pretty good ~ all brewed in-house. IV. CAPACITY For a weekday, there were a lot of available seats. Great for camping out and getting work done. I can't vouch for weekends.

I saw that this shop opened and finally got a chance to try it! I was very impressed. I judge coffee shops by their americanos and I liked it so much I ended up getting a second one. The espresso was smooth, well balanced, and not heavy on the tongue. The barista said that the espresso was their Laguna roast. It was a bit darker than I prefer; lighter roasts are my favorite, but it was still really good. Glad to see another good coffee roaster in town! Also, one of their roasts is called "Cowboy Heaven" and that got a good laugh out of me. If you're choosing between Starbucks and here, I definitely would go with Cips. Similar prices but drastically better quality!
