This place is a MUST SEE! I’ve been to many coffee/brunch eateries and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. Not only are the pastries gorgeously displayed, but there’s a lot of love and flavor that goes into the food. The place was busy and still running very smoothly, as seen to by Taylor the manager. The staff is kind, and respectful and it’s no doubt why this place has been in business for so long!! Can’t wait to come here again!
It is our first time in Savannah and it is windy and pouring. We decided to try to go for coffee and found this place. It is amazing. The pastry is wonderful, coffee is great, staff is amazing. Special shoutout to Taylor, the day manager who is really on top of everything. This place is a must if you are anywhere in the area!!!!
Cool rustic aesthetic coffee shop. Amazing coffee and great service. I've never been disappointed
Very busy fast paced. Coffee just ok. The chicken salad with egg and cheese was very good
This is hands down the best coffee shop in Savannah. I come here about once a month to pick up 2 lbs of coffee to brew at home and grab a cappuccino while I'm there. Everything tastes great, and the service is fantastic. It's nice and cozy inside, and the outdoor seating is solid. I strongly recommend it to locals and visitors to Savannah.
Savannah Coffeehouse Roasters is a coffee lover's paradise! The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me. The cozy ambiance with its blend of rustic and modern decor instantly put me at ease. Now, let's talk about the coffee. The baristas here are true artists. Their specialty coffee drinks are crafted with precision and passion. I tried their signature pour-over coffee, and it was exceptional—distinct flavors and high-quality beans that left me in awe. Their menu also offers a variety of delicious pastries and snacks. I indulged in a flaky croissant that paired perfectly with my coffee. Each item was fresh and delightful. What impressed me most was their commitment to sustainability. Ethically sourced beans and eco-friendly practices showcase their dedication to the environment. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and knowledge. They happily answered my questions and shared their coffee expertise.
Coffee is good. Sandwiches aren’t good. We came here for breakfast and were really disappointed by the food. It’s not worth it’s price.
One of the best coffee places in Savannah. The coffee never tasted bitter and needed very little sugar/cream. Highly recommend.
Fantastic little coffee shop with yummy eats, great vibe, friendly staff and atmosphere. PBJ is the bomb.
Didn't get anything here, although everything looked delicious and smelled even better. I just came in looking for their bagged coffee and was disappointed they didn't have any. The person at the counter acted surprised that I was asking for bagged coffee and not ordering anything to drink or eat right then and there. That's o.k. because I later found their coffee bags at the Salt Table store in Pooler. Can't believe an employee wasn't aware of their own bagged coffee brand.
Iced Honey Lavender almond Latte for the win! I love their Honey Bee latte & and I wanted to try lavender so one of the baristas recommended 1 shot of Honey and 1 shot of lavender…not too sweet it was just right. Savannah Coffee Roasters never disappoint!
Food is bland and overpriced. Coffee was fine. Girlfriend got a chicken biscuit and I got a burrito. Incredibly bland on both. The potatoes on my burrito seemed undercooked and left over. I would have preferred spending a quarter of the money at a fast food place. And hell it's downtown Savannah, there are great restaurants all over. Go to the funky brunch if you want brunch.
Our friends told us about Savannah Coffee Roasters and despite the queue, which was nearly 30 minutes, the wait was definitely worth it. We had two coffees and a smoothie, the coffee was fantastic! With a perfect balance of bitterness and acid. The strawberry smoothie was also very nice, freshly made and full of strawberries.
Visiting for business and Savannah Coffee Roasters is within walking distance of our hotel. Reviews sounded good so I took my 4 yr old and headed over. Pros: super cool atmosphere, plenty of seating despite being busy, my coffee was delicious & food comes out quickly. Cons: the staff was incredibly rude. I asked the cashier for some kid friendly options and she was obviously annoyed that she had to take the time to tell me the four things they had on their menu for kids. I wasn't interested in a grilled cheese or pb&j at 10am. They don't offer kid friendly breakfast options, which is absurd to me so I had to pay for an adult platter, which she ate 1/4 of and threw the rest away. I also don't understand all the hype about the egglethorpe sandwich. The biscuit is too soft and just crumbles & the onions they put on the sandwich are disgusting. I would pretty much only come back for a good coffee.
Visited Savannah Coffee Roasters every morning during our vacation. The drinks, food, and service is always great. The Egglethorpe breakfast sandwich is a MUST try. The Liberty St breakfast sandwich on a croissant was also very good.
Went here a few times during my stay in Savannah. Everything was great. The chai is exceptional and pastries are delicious
Chic decor, nice attendants, and yummy smoothie. Be aware that the kitchen closes at 3, so no sandwiches and such at that time, but you can get a drink (coffee and such).
Never a bad experience. Definitely the best tasting coffee in town. The food is high quality as well. Worth your time and money.
Walked here with my family everyday for our week stay in Savannah. Great coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The service is also very good. I definitely recommend trying this place!
Honestly super disappointing. Smoothie was straight juice with a ton of sugar added. Croissant was not warmed up and service was rushed at best. They were out of multiple items. Will not return.
