It was good. Not sure it's five star good but it's good.

They could serve me literally anything on their baguette with butter and I would eat it all and say thank you. Fantastic sandwiches and quick and attentive staff. A wonderful gem!

Best Croissants I have ever enjoyed! Coffee was excellent too. My sister & I visited Savannah for the first time & Cafe Gourmet is what we will always remember.

I would like to have more options than 5 stars. I would give 4.5. I love the almond and han and cheese croissants. They have really nice sandwiches and selection of coffees. My only issue is that sometimes they already run out of them ☹️

Can't remember we went to so many in Savannah. Everything, everywhere was fantastic.

Was not a good experience. The crepes were over cooked and crunchy, not soft like a crepe is suppose to be. The add on charges are high and items added on that we did not order. The check ends up with the added charge for using a credit card. Very disappointed.

This cute little place was literally next door to our Air BnB. The staff were super friendly, the coffee and macaroons delicious!

It’s One Star for a) not having a price shown b) the world’s most expensive loaf of bread. Unless I’m very much mistaken $12 for a loaf of bread seems awfully expensive. The 12 inch $6 baguette should have been a clue, more of an investment than a food stuff.

Quick service, great crepes. I had the gourmet crepe, our girls had the Nutella crepes, and my husband had the bacon croissant. We all loved our food.

I was excited to take my Mom to this place. We walked in the door about 35 min before closing and were not received well. The guy at the counter took our order and when we ordered crepes, he let us know that they stop serving them an hour before closing time. That was kind of a bummer because we came there specifically for that. So, we both ordered the Parisian Sandwich and the bread was rock hard and sandwich super dry. The tables were dirty, so I had to ask the employee at the counter to please clean our table. He did, but definitely with an attitude. Our sandwiches came, and there was no one to be found at the counter. There was another employee on the floor, so I asked if she worked there just to make sure. She did. We explained how awful and dry the sandwich was, and she replied’,” I don’t know, I don’t work in the kitchen.” That was her response. Not, let me talk to someone etc… so, finally the owner came to the table and took the sandwiches off our check. We were not even offered an alternative. Just, I’ll take this off your check. I guess because closing time was more important. Everyone in that place had such a bad attitude and very poor customer service. I will never go back and never ever suggest that restaurant to anyone in Savannah or out of town guests. We had to go to another restaurant for lunch. Awful experience there!

Just go. You won't regret it. They import their ingredients from France and the result definitely matches what I had when I went to France. Reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.

Terrible service. Delivered the crepe and forgot the easy order—the croissant. I made the mistake of wanting it heated and then they forgot it again.

We visited Savannah in the summer of 2021 and fell in love with this cafe and their lavender croissants. To this day we still talk about them and how good they are. Chat GPT wrote this poem that expresses how we feel: Oh how I long for lavender croissants, From that French bakery in Savannah's midst, The thought of their delicate, flaky scent, Leaves me with an insatiable bliss. But alas, I am miles and miles away, From the quaint streets of that southern town, And though I search day after day, Lavender croissants cannot be found. I dream of the buttery, lavender-infused dough, Baked to perfection, golden and crisp, A fragrant treat that steals the show, And leaves my taste buds in pure bliss. Oh how I wish I could taste them again, To savor every moment of delight, But until I return to that bakery in vain, I'll dream of lavender croissants tonight

This place is so cozy and the food is on another level. The sand which I got was a perfect mix of sweet and savory and the bread was toasted to perfection!! Love this place!!!

Went with a foodie tour and we had ham and brie on a baguette. It was PHENOMENAL! Simple ingredients but it was so delicious! They also have baked goods that smelled wonderful.

Mmmm! My sister and I ate here for breakfast March 2023. It was busy but we ordered and it was yummy! She had the cross isnt egg sandwich, I had the baguette egg bacon. The sandwiches were so big and good! We each had a black coffee. Was all good! I’m sure those that were complaining about the service was because the server was on top of it, verbal and loud so people could hear and asked people to put their trays in the bin to expedite service- oh well get over yourselves. We liked it!

A charming little café just off of Broughton Street. It's very clean and tidy inside, but the interior is pretty small. The food and drinks were delicious. Pictured are a Nutella Crepe, White Gourmet Crepe, and a Vegetarian Quiche. I had a Barista Special drink which isn't listed on the main menu - it was so good that I had to order a second. The service was fantastic. The barista was very polite, knowledgeable on the menu, and attentive. Overall, a fantastic visit. Only downside is the lack of space inside - there are 3 small tables, and a small bar along the window. There is more seating outside.
