Appreciate Franklins late coffee shop hours. This is a very hard thing to find in any city. Vibrant location with window bar seats and outside sidewalk seating. Always extremely kind and welcoming. Walkable area. Parking can be a struggle but the walk from your car is always enjoyable being in lively area of town.

Cute place stop into when you need a sweet treat or quick pick me up! Pastries are good. They have a little place to sit and even do some work on your laptop.

Very interesting coffee shop that is underground. Cool vibes. They have a good selection of cold drinks. We tried a sparkling tea that was delicious but not sweet enough so we added stevia. Would like to come back and try their coffee and pastries. The drink brand I got is apparently partially owned by Brad Pitt!

This review is in the context of viewing the cafe as a place for remote working, if it was for casual hanging out I would say it’s a nice atmosphere but pretty packed. If the weather is nice it has a nice vibe to sit outside and talk as well. Pros: - beautiful interior - great drinks - friendly service - multiple sockets with bar sitting that faces outside, nice lighting for any zoom calls - closes later than most cafes Cons: - small space and lots of people makes it pretty loud especially with the coffee grinder - little seating available

Franklin’s was a great coffee shop and bakery! The atmosphere is too cute and the service was very quick! We went there everyday on our trip and loved everything we tried.

I wish they wouldn’t advertise online ordering so heavily if it’s not working :/

Oh. My. God. This place is SO good! We always walked past it and finally decided to go for breakfast one rainy morning, and let me tell you this place was so good! We plan on going back until we try everything on the menu. I got the Croissant Sandwich, and it did not disappoint! Honestly, I wish they offered more seating because it's so lovely inside and there was a lot of students studying for extended amounts of time. I love when I get to have the full experience at little places like this instead of having to stand around and eat. This place is 11/10 so we will absolutely be back!

This place was recommended by a friend. We met here for coffee and I also decided to get the chorizo sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. Wow, seriously the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I came back 2 days later and had the same thing. Highly recommend Franklin's for coffee or breakfast!

Great place to eat breakfast. Outside tables are nice to sit around and watch the trees in front.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here for brunch. The sandwiches were superb, but the cafe au lait is really what prompted me to write this review. So smooth and rich, without being at all bitter. The place is super cute too.

Great service ~ great coffee. The interior is pretty with marble stone, wood tones and gold metallic accents. The indoor/outdoor seating is sparse but cute. Things you should know: I. PARKING Nearby street parking seems to be the move. It's also free. II. SERVICE Timely and friendly. I like that their menu shows the sugar free syrup options: vanilla and caramel. They taste amazing in a latte and they're guilt free. Highly recommend. III. QUALITY Pretty good and dense..! I've ordered a latte here one time and an Americano another ~ neither seemed watered down or disappointing. IV. CAPACITY Busy in the morning but they're speedy with turning over orders.

I am a downtown Savannah native and have ordered from here a few times. I’ve always thought this place was overhyped, but today was the worst it’s ever been, by far. We just ordered two avocado toasts with egg added. First, the avocado was in guacamole form - a spread, rather than avocado slices. It was also mostly brown. Second, the egg that came was not scrambled, as indicated. Third, half of the arugula was wilted. Fourth, the bread is disgusting - super greasy, to the point where even our dog wouldn’t eat it. Finally, the presentation was horrendous - given that this restaurant charged us almost $40 for two of these and a matcha latte, this was truly awful. My matcha latte was also only 3/4 full, meaning I could’ve saved some dollars by ordering the smaller size. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or go to B. Matthews for brunch.

Super friendly staff, and one of my favorite places to grab coffee in Savannah. I am a huge fan of the iced lemon bar latte with oat milk.
