Paid bout the same as Starbucks the drinks tasted way better here but star bucks definitely gives ya more energy.
I was here on March 28 and we had order almost 30 dollars and we hangout at the sitting area and have a girls talk. The guy who worked there was so disrespectful and was mad we were sitting there and said we shouldn’t be hanging there. He was saying we should just sat next to vending machine not in the cafe. So what’s the point of having seating place if you don’t want customers to enjoy it? Make it a to go coffee shop. Do not come here!
This store is in Starbuck's previous location in the mall. I purchased a coffee with vanilla I'm it and it was okay. The service & atmosphere was good.
They don't really have food, just snacks. Good choice for something other than Starbucks
Cute little coffee shop inside the mall! Very friendly staff! Tried an Iced Chai Tea latte on Saturday and an Iced Peppermint Mocha latte on Sunday! Both were good, but I really loved the Peppermint Mocha.
I'm 94% sure that I didn't get any coffee in my coffee.

I've been here 4 times and each time I've gotten over priced coffee it was not good. Might as well have kept starbucks. One time it tasted kinda burnt and another time I asked to make it sweet and it still tasted funny and then the baked goods just seemed like they've been there a minute. 5.95 for a cold brew small when the sign says 3.95. No thanks.
It was a lovely little cafe that allowed me to do my homework in a great, quiet environment. It is like a breath of fresh, still air in the bustling, busy Oglethorpe mall. I loved it and will be back as often as I can.
A total rip-off of Starbucks I haven’t been her but if you don’t know this replaced a former Starbucks, how is this legal bring back Starbucks please🙏
Watched woman try to order today while man behind counter looked directly at her and continue to ignored her. It was enough for me to decide to go elsewhere. The man seemed occupied by some other customers he wanted to get to know better beyond the coffee shop. Kinda sad because it doesn't take that much to acknowledge a customer waiting. But don't look right at them and pretend they don't exist. Luckily I saw the same women moments later in Starbucks in the B&N Bookstore getting treated like she existed. . .
A very nice and cheap alternative to mall food or starbucks. The people that work there are super nice and its not really crowded or busy so its a relaxing environment!
Drinks were ok but baristas were very messy, disorganized and confused, it took an extremely long time to receive 3 iced lattes
Terrible! I asked for a iced caramel latte with a extra shot & the lady had a freak out & said she can't just do one shot I'm like....what?????? So I let her add two more then she said my total was $9. What the hell did you just charge me for? Two drinks? I took it and just let it go. The drink had no flavor. Barely any whipped cream and all the ice melted in two seconds. I walked away and drank two sips and threw it away. With amazing cafes around Savannah, You will definitely not make it.
Again I hate leaving one star reviews but this place is no bueno. I got double espresso and it tasted like mud. It did not taste fresh as all. Iced latte tasted with hazelnut syrup was too sugary. It felt expired. That mall needs Starbucks!!
Got a 16oz late. Was by far the weakest late I’ve ever had. Tasted like hot milk with a tiny coffee flavor. Probably only put one shot of espresso with 16 oz and it would have been a really weak shot. 1/5 stars, will just go to Starbucks or anywhere else in the future.

So. Went for coffee because we saw a sign in food court. Didn't have coffee yet so why not. Bring back Starbucks or bring Savannah Coffee Roasters. So I am a daily coffee drinker. I know when a filter need to be changed or if coffee is just old. I was to it was just made. Doubtful. Even if so a filter was old. You ever forgot to change your Keurig filter, make a cup of coffee & it's the nastiest flavor ever. Yes, ughhhh, that's how my coffee taste. Like asking for sweet tea but sip unsweetened instead. So the young lady tells the other my issue. Wouldn't make a fresh pot so I said I would take a frappe. She assumed I wanted the same my hubby had. Gave me theft over ingredian5an we paid $2 difference. Now I drink frappe, etc all the time, so I should know the ingredients. In case you don't know it comes with ice, instant coffee, water, sugar & whatever flavor shot you like. I never asked for a cream frappe, especially when I just had bad coffee. 👎 There won't be a next time.
