Perfect coffee shop to hang out and get a good drink. Coffee taste great and great tea’s too! The Savannah Grey tea was art in a cup! Light and airy place, great customer service, great pastries/breakfast selection for handheld breakfast options! Super cool coffee shop!
This would be a 5 star review. Our food was so so yummy, maybe best bistro sandwich we’ve had in the city. So great to be so proximal to Forsythe too! The -1 star is simply because half of what we wanted to order off their menu, we were told “we don’t do that anymore, we don’t have that today” Literally turned a $60 meal into a $35 on for 4 people. Only hurting themselves! But food was still solid.
Best breakfast ever! Learned that they are completely nut-free and allergy friendly which is hard to come by. We got iced coffee, blueberry muffins and chocolate croissants — all delicious. Great place to work or sit outside on a nice day. 10/10 would recommend!

Fun place with above average pub fare & free games in the back. A true hidden gem right off of Forsyth Park!

3 stars because it’s a very cute cafe and the coffee was good but I did end up with food poisoning from eating their Asian bbq. The flavor was overwhelming with jack fruit and I only ate half and have been throwing up all day so definitely don’t recommend that sandwich. My husband on the other hand got their roast beef and it was fine.
What a wonderful place with beautiful and delicious food. We loved the welcoming but quiet ambiance of Alexander’s Bistro. We were drawn in by the promise of the cardamom buns, but were so taken by the food and the tone of the restaurant that we returned for a dinner of the shrimp po’ boys. We were again very impressed.. The accompanying french onion soup was also outstanding since they make their own broth in the restaurant. Do give this restaurant a try where you will be surrounded by art work by students from SCAD, a true jewel just south of Forsyth Park.
Great little spot for a quick lunch. Very fast service, generous helpings, and incredibly good food.
I love this place! It's my go to for an easy take away lunch and coffee while I work from home nearby. I recommend the spicy turkey club sandwich, it's amazing! My only complaint is I wish they were open on Monday,Tuesday for lunch!
My ham and cheese croissant was delicious and my wife’s cheese and onion pasty was fantastic! Very clean and friendly staff. Great spot!
What a gem! I’ve lived in Savannah for 2 years and just discovered this Bistro. I’m so glad I did. This place will definitely become my new place to frequent. Phill was very sweet and pleasant to talk to!
Wonderful little neighborhood gem. Just a block south of Forsyth Park and somehow avoids massive tourist overload. Beautiful space, wonderful staff, amazing coffee, and scrumptious food.
Every time I come in here I am amazed by how good the food is. Fast and friendly service, nice atmosphere.
I love this place! I came apon it on total accident and stopped in to get a coffee. The bistro is beautiful; open, bright and cozy. The coffee was delicious, they had a lot to offer with food as well. Staff was great, super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend for a coffee or a snack.

I come here at least once a week, but usually more. Constantly impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of staff. Definitely worth coming by if you are in the area.
