The apple fritters are literally one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The coffee is incredible and the cheddar jalapeño biscuit will seriously change your life. Do not miss this gem!

Stumbled upon this place while in Royston. Loved the atmosphere, bake goods and the omlette was excellent! A definite go to when in the area for me! Met the owner and daughter and they are truly great folk and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

This is a shining gem in Royston! Went in for lunch and had the chicken salad sandwich with some pasta salad. The pasta salad had chickpeas and kidney beans in it and I don’t think I could ever go back to regular pasta salad. The winning item for me had to be the chocolate truffle cupcake! It went above and beyond my expectations! Michelle was truly amazing and really cares about the customers. Cannot wait to go back and try everything they have to offer!

Oh my!!! What a hidden gem Bebop's Bakery in Royston is. My husband and I stopped by after having lunch around the corner to get something for dessert! My husband got a donut and I got a cheese Danish. Fantastic! We got a piece of cheesecake to go for after supper and when I tasted it later that evening I was blown away. By far this was the best cheesecake I had ever had! You better believe we will be back to this place again. Next time we want to try either breakfast or lunch as the menu sounds delish - and if it's anything like their pastries we won't be disappointed!

The place to go we were told as we headed out of Canon toward Royston for something sweet which in southern terms is “paystrees” for a crowd gathered at The Bowers House. It was as if Grandma herself were this open armed and inviting place, a staff as sweet as the mead at Southern Origin Meadery and every bit as helpful. One lady tempted us with her “breakfast” sandwich, a monster involving a fried egg, bacon, brisket she smoked herself all on a homemade biscuit with cheese oh my dripping ladies and gentlemen onto the creation it held and that lady just happened to be the owner herself whose name I shamefully neglected to apprehend. We bought a dozen huge and finally crafted donuts of every imaginable construction they had on top of which we added a chocolate eclair, a bacon maple eclair and two Apple fritters to boot. You could not, ladies and gentlemen, asked for a more wonderful place to find yourself standing In especially on a rainy and thunder filled morning. We will be back without a doubt friends.

Simply fantastic! The portions are enormous, as in a single slice of cake fed a family of five, including three teens. The coffee is delicious, with our globetrotting teenage son declaring it the best he's ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful, which seems to be a common trait in Royston. Looking forward to many more visits to this local gem!
