We are out of town visitors. My 80 yr old mother sat down on the chair In front of your coffee shop. The chair broke, my mothers head slammed against the brick wall as she fell. I came inside to tell you staff that your flimsy chair broke with my mom and I have never seen such non caring people. No one asked if she was ok. Did she need any medical assistance!!! All we were told was have a good day. Unreal !!!

Is this place still open? Its my favorite local coffee shop! I thought I saw a different restaurant where this one used to be? Did you guys move locations or something?

I love the owner! She has put her heart and soul in to her menu And you can tell in everything you eat or drink from there! By far best little coffee shop in Ringgold, or Dalton lol

Ordered a latte and it was very mediocre. Very little espresso and a whole lot of milk. I should have known when the barista was shocked I didn’t want any flavoring in my coffee.. 2.5 stars

One of our favorite places to go for a relaxing and good breakfast. Super friendly staff and good food. Being in friendly downtown Ringgold just makes it that much nicer. Just one of those "feel good" kind of places!

I recently ordered a frappe from here and a wrap, the wrap was a mess and just thrown together and the frappe was the worst I’ve ever had. It had none of the flavoring I asked for and tasted like a milk slushie with a slight watered down coffee taste. They didn’t even try.

The best small town coffee shop you'll ever go to! The coffee is fresh, hot, and absolutely divine! They have the most delectable treats that hit your sweet tooth just right. They also serve delicious keto treats for people like me who are trying their best to be healthy without feeling left out of the sweetness of life. The staff is so kind. You will enter this shop as a customer and leave like family. This shop is truly incredible, a gem that belongs to our beloved Ringgold, Ga.

Stay away!!! I have to say, this is by far the worst coffee shop I have ever experienced. Rude , inexperienced, unclean facility. The size of my order was wrong. I was served a cup of syrup and milk on ice. I knew when the smart mouth server was banging on the machine to try to get the coffee beans to work I was going to get garbage. He asked another employee hanging out with her friends in the dark facility with sticky tables and nasty floors for help she had an attitude as well and could not get it to work. I know from experience not to go back and complain because they will hook you up with something "special". Money well wasted!!!

We ordered two caramel vanilla hazelnut coffee and got a cup of syrup and iced milk. They were not a bit friendly when we came in and no one spoke. The guy took our order and could not get coffee machine to work. The lady came and helped him and I watched as an inch of syrup when in the small cups and then a drizzle of coffee and a drizzle is saying a lot. He filled the cup with some milk and when it wasn't full he just added more milk. Worst coffee we have ever had just syrup milk. When I ran my card he walked off. The machine never did anything and he never offered any kind of receipt or acknowledgement. We walked out and the staff just stared at us. They may be known for their desserts, but that's about all. There was definitely a lack of southern hospitality. We will never be back.

Cute simple little place with a very local feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is watery, and the cappuccino is more milk than coffee but the bfast sandwiches are good.

My husband and I went and arrived about 10 minutes before closing. As we entered inside there was a lady that was walking to close up and lock the door. When we walked up to the counter to order our coffee we were greeted with rolling of the eyes and a continued glance up at the clock by another employee. It gave an impression like how dare we come in to order so close to closing. It was extremely awkward and I felt like we had imposed upon this business. A word of advice to the owners/employees...if you would like to clock out at 2:00, you may want to adjust your hours of operation. Being rude to customers/locals doesn't really make me want to support you and buy anymore coffee.
