Good place for locally roasted coffee beans. Veteran owned. Beans are usually around a week old which is the perfect age for making espresso at home!
My absolute favorite place ever! They take care of the customers in front of them and don't make you wait while online orders are filled before yours. It's also nice that they know what you want before you order it. (I am here alot lol) Great staff, great service! Best coffee shop in Richmond Hill for sure.
This is my favorite local coffee shop in Richmond Hill Georgia. I’m 9 months pregnant and their coffee doesn’t give me heartburn or reflux. This soon the be mom of three appreciates that. Also want to point out their blueberry muffin. It is like a pound cake and blueberry muffin had a baby. It’s so delicious! You’ve got to try this local coffee shop out!
I stopped in for a quick coffee based on the good reviews but their regular drip coffee was just not good. I didn't even drink it. Maybe I caught them at a bad time or something, I'll try again and amend this if it improves.
Excellent
I stopped by on vacation one rainy morning, has the Absolute BEST mocha I've ever had, rich chocolate, creamy and just sweet enough. Picked up a bag of coffee to enjoy later. If you ever are able to ship out dry coffee please let me know!
Tosa's homemade pumpkin pie syrup is so so good! I definitely reccomend it. I just got it with milk because I cant have coffee and it tasted like the best treat. The pumpkin syrup is definitely fresh! Loved it! Can't wait to see what other homemade syrups they will come up with 😍😍
Amazing coffee and amazing management (which is not an easy combination to find!). Veteran owned has a special place in my heart anyways, but this place is great. Great drinks, friendly and helpful employees on the whole. The manager, Katelyn, has always been super helpful with her patience and excellent coffee recommendations- I usually ask her for by name! I live out of state and proudly sport my Tosa Coffee Travel mug at work:) 100% recommend!
When I first heard of Tosa, I went because it was Veteran Owned. I keep coming back because they are amazing at what they do and it shows! The coffee is the best around (roasted in-house), and the staff is even better! I love coming here for the interactions with them just as much as I love coming here for the coffee! Eric and staff (Katelyn too ;) ) are always wonderful and are always willing to take a minute to talk. Makes the experience that much better! As a retired USAF Veteran, I love what Eric and staff do for the Vet community. Hosting Coffee and Camaraderie each month with The Fight the War Within Foundation, gives us a chance to hang out with fellow vets and discuss issues as well as meet new people. If you go anywhere in "The HIll" for coffee, make it Tosa!!
Awesome little coffee shop, I had the classic latte and it was perfect. The service is always great and the local roasted coffee is delicious. What a welcome place to grab some treats and relax with a book on the sofa or chairs.
I'm so excited I found this little nugget today. The espresso is really good! Love the atmosphere, really relaxed and veteran owned. I really like seeing places like this in our neighborhood.
Not sure what happened but I ordered a smoothie it was super delicious at first but a little bit after I left it’s started having a terrible taste not sure how to describe it. I will be going back to give it another chance though.
The coffee and lemonade here is AMAZING
The absolute BEST Customer Service and experience!!! My daily routine stop at Tosa is always greater with either Alexis, Katelyn and always Eric(unless he’s flying)! The entire Tosa team is unbeatable in friendliness and professionalism. Always able to put a smile on my face. The atmosphere is both clean and the cozy with beautiful artwork! The quality of coffee and the baked goods are absolutely MATCHLESS! The accessibility is convenient and hours are superb. Eric is always available for some quick witted humor regardless of how busy they are. Just to see Katelyn and Alexis I sometimes come back with my punchcard to obtain my free coffee more than once a day! Tosa is MATCHLESS! My son is a Marine and I Love supporting our LOCAL Veterans! Semper Fi! 🦅🌎⚓️
The best coffee in Richmond Hill! They know my order as soon as I walk in!
The smell when you walk in is delicious. I got an Americano. Normally, at other shops, I have to add a fair amount of milk or half and half. Here, I added a small splash & it was great. Wonderful, rich flavor, but not burnt or bitter.
After reading the reviews, I was really hoping for more. The coffee was fine, but the pastry must have been at least two days old. It was hard and chewy. I ate two bites and threw the rest away because it just wasn't worth the calories.
Inconsistent customer service. Kaitlyn to be exact has been rude a few times. Not quite welcoming.
Stopped by this morning for two coffees as we passed through town. Very good!
