I really enjoyed my first time with my daughter
Stopped in with my grandchildren to check out the place. We wanted to get some pastry and iced, cold brew. After standing at the counter for 5-6 mins to place an order while 2 people, (1 very obviously), ignored us, we walked out. I'm in the service industry in FL. I'm ALWAYS pleasant to folks, it's the easy part, if they can't get that right, forget it.
I went to last Friday and the two young ladies on duty didn't seem like they cared about my experience. I asked if the item my daughter was purchasing had any nuts in it. The first lady said she would have to ask someone and never replied with an answer. I asked the other young lady who gave us our smoothies and she stated she didn't know. I felt like if I had an allergy to the item no one cared.
Great place
Wont go back
Very disappointed in the service! Part of order totally forgotten, 4 customers later and 10 minutes started rest of order.
One issue is the lack of parking. The cafe brule location is much better, albeit the service at both places is very, very slow despite both places usually being pretty empty... Maybe that's why they decided on such a small parking area, although that deters anyone else from wanting to come so that's probably why they stay empty after already being empty? 🤔😔 I love coffee and both of these locations are much closer to me than Starbucks so I hate that I can't be in love with them. When you have the quality set at average and then set the prices as high as they are at Starbucks, I'm telling you guys, you might get faster service at Starbucks and the same coffee quality... There is unfortunately no coffee place around here that offers good competition. Not to be knock local grounds on a personal level, but if you want to support them without ripping your hair out you're better off going to their Cafe brule location on Bull Street. 🤷🏻♀️ This coffee might be the best in LaGrange but that isn't saying a lot around here... I don't know if local grounds would be able to survive in another city. Also they're usually out of everything. And Cafe brule is usually closed because they also run out of everything...
Always great
Got good frappes.
Great coffee, pleasant atmosphere, excellent staff
I loved the Regular Joe, Expresso, and Mocha Brownies. The flavor of the Cheese Danish was great, but the pastry is so flakey that it should be served on a plate with a fork rather than as a finger food. Some people like light roast coffee. Right now, the only choice is a dark roast. I like the darker coffees myself, so I am pleased. The manager, (sorry, I failed to get her name,) said they are hoping to add a lighter coffee soon. Oh! Be sure to sit on the back deck if you can handle the pollen. It's delightful!
Very nice people, just very disorganized with orders...
Needed a place to work remote while family was at wolf lodge. This place is clean , cheerful thoughtful decor, great space indoor and outdoor, reasonable prices, friendly staff.
Great Coffee shop. Very cozy.
Please improve your music selection, its very basic and boring. Pastries are awesome and coffee is very good!
I really enjoy coming to get coffee and study, nice atmosphere however I just have one complaint and it’s a small one , it takes way to long to get one drink I was in there this morning and no they wasn’t that busy only a few ppl on the deck and two inside and it took 15 min just to get one drink .. I feel to warm up two pastries and give someone else a regular coffee it shouldn’t take this long
New and Amazing Place
Stopped by for a quick coffee stop. Place super clean, updated and beautifully designed. Coffee was tasty, so was cinnamon roll.
Beautiful place. Hidden gems in a middle of nowhere.
I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses and this is by far my favorite coffee place ever! Love love love the Matcha! You will not be disappointed!
