I love coming here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! We even bring our dogs sometimes to get a pup cup!

This place is disrespectful, they so nice about their food like it’s just regular food but it’s crazy good. I just tried that brownie, my God if my momma didn’t live in Maryland I’d slap her, that’s how good it is. This place is awesome, it’s a vibe. Thank you for this place.

The crew here served a delightful blend of barista knowledge and southern charm, providing me with just enough coaching through the menu to craft The Perfect Order. The food and beverage items were prepared quickly and were absolutely delicious; the order seemed priced appropriately. It's noteworthy to me that while the cafe stayed busy during my visit, the crew provided focused attention to each guest and one another when communicating. This quality of customer service guaranteed that I will return, with friends. There's a lot of good reasons people visit downtown Jackson; Lucy Lu's Cafe is easily one of those good reasons.

Pretty good coffee and good options. Like most places in this city they focus a lot on the city being in Stranger things which I don’t quite understand. But the baristas are quick and know how to make a good cup of coffee.
Delicious coffee and muffins. Usually out of milk. Needs to be properly stocked on a regular basis.
The best ice cream in town. Great people and the service is amazing. Truly our favorite spot when we are in town. The stranger things atmosphere is so cool and my kids love it. Keep it up.

Superb service. The Jalapeno biscuit was to die for. Got it with egg, wish they had toasted it a little!!! But, next time because we will definitely be back👍Red eye coffe gets a thumbs up too!👍👍
Not open at 6. Made a suggestion to your hours.
Waited about 30 min to just get a half reheated biscuit. Asked about it twice, they were ‘on it’. Saw lots of people coming and going, all getting their food. Threw the biscuit away as not edible at all. Waste of money and time. Coffee was oke, but nothing you can’t get somewhere else. Better to avoid. Wish I hadn’t tipped, but they ask before even giving you anything, so…

Coffee was good however I had to give 3 stars because of how long I had to wait. I would have understood if it was packed but when I went it there was only a couple of people and I still had to wait over 30 mins for just a black coffee. Also a little pricey especially for the long wait.
Great café with selection of frappè, coffee, beagles and much more. I would recommend it, especially for Stranger Things fans. ;)
I worked from Lucy Lu's for 4 days while visiting family in Jackson. I was very impressed with the quality of the coffee and food I had (house coffee, breakfast biscuit, various pastries). The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were more than fair. The ambiance was perfect for working, but equally perfect for just hanging out. I love the interior with all the wood and old charm. Looking forward to coming back when I visit again around the holidays!
We came to Jackson GA on a Stranger Things road trip. We are so glad we stopped in to Lucy Lu’s. The upside down iced coffee was amazing and the chicken Salad sandwich was out of sight. This town was our favorite stop on the Road trip.
Delicious and yummy coffee! The staff was also extremely friendly and I can appreciate that! The store was also nice and local feeling. I look forward to being in town again to stop in and grab another cup of coffee. You can assure I’ll be doing just that as their prices per also fair.
