Love this place!! Must visit. Local shops in this downtown strip. Coffee and food is delicious and affordable. Love the interior decor, down to earth vibes. Very chill.

Great atmosphere to sit and chat with friends. The furniture is very homely and comfortable. The coffee and drinks are very delicious, but on the sweet side, so I usually get less sweet.

I try to come here only once a week, but I end up making 2 or 3 visits. Get the coffee for sure, and I haven't bought all the pop tarts, get one of those, too.

I loved my visit to Harlem Java House! Shawn was so friendly and j really enjoyed chatting with her, and my coffee was very good. The atmosphere was very cozy and I loved all the local artists things for sale. It is dog friendly as well and the owner has a dachshund that I hope I get to meet one day! Can't wait to be back to enjoy a coffee and pup cup with my two doxies.

We've been coming to this coffee shop off and on for the last 2 to 3 years. Every time we visit the area. They have great coffee and food. The atmosphere is great for sitting and reading a book and grabbing a cup of coffee.

Not even a coffee drinker, but the Oreo frappe and the strawberry cheese cake frappe were both EXTREMELY good. Amazing environment, staff is beyond kind. Sometimes there’s a little guy named Javie in there. He’s a little fur ball of joy. Highly recommended even to those who don’t drink coffee.

Had a iced vanilla latte with oatmilk nice and tasty! Only complaint was that it was rather chilly inside.

I may be biased but dedication to quality and commitment to excellence is what my wife strives to achieve in her espresso and coffee drinks. Latte, cappuccino, cortado, macchiato, doppio, americano, pour over, dark, light, Tanzanian, Ethiopian, Guatemalan, etc. She has it all. I cannot replicate at home what she can do in her shop. Her cold brew is smooth and refreshing, her coffee ice cubes never water down your drink, and her flavors are available all year long. Additionally, she has frappes, smoothies, excellent teas (including Matcha and Chai), fresh fruit, yummy pastries, savory sandwiches and quiche, and homemade pop tarts! Inside you’ll find free wifi, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, a gallery of art, locally made goods for sale, and relaxing music. It’s a simple drive off I-20 exit 183 and a must if you’ve never been. I hope you enjoy the effort and care that her and her baristas pour into every cup.

Great local coffee shop with a variety of excellent coffee's along with natural hand made soap, local pictures, art work, etc. Great place to sit and read, sit and work on your laptop, or sit and have a casual conversation with your friend. We love this place!
