Great place for breakfast. The food was excellent. The service was great as well.
I liked their food. Food is fresh, tasty and the quantity is good. In Elberton this is a must try food.
Delicious, reasonable priced with great service
It was our first time here, nice place. Polite staff. The wife loved the scones and raspberry coffee.
It's a cute place, that could be much cuter. The food was meh.. they decided not to make a soup of the day that day, and my grilled cheese tasted like a craft single. No one checked on us, asked if the food was ok, nothing. I came here a little over a year ago looking for a latte, and they looked at me like i had 3 heads and the coffee i subsequently received was awful and the lady treated me like i shouldn't have even asked. I won't be going back.
Fresh food... really good!
Food very good. Service excellent get back soon
Excellent breakfast here! Great service!
Walked in to purchase 1 cup of black coffee. 3 people looked at me and ignored my presence. There was 1 person at bar eating and 1 table with 3 people at it. Must have been busy. I am new to area and will get coffee at the Shell Station moving forward.
Great hometown people putting smiles on lits of faces
Nice friendly staff . Good food. Come in go to the counter and someone will take your order, take a seat and they will bring it to you. Don't forget the deserts.
There's usually a bit of a wait time because the food is cooked to order but it's usually worth the wait for breakfast and lunch. Good prices. Great small town atmosphere.
Great little diner. Only complaint is no potato options for breakfast.
Excellent. For anyone new, you need to walk to the counter and find the cash register. Someone will be right with you. They have a simple menu but they will fix you anything you like. They have two entrances, one on S McIntosh St and one from the parking lot off Elbert St (Route 17). See the photos.
This place is a jewel! My wife and I wanted to visit this place but schedules never allowed it. We finally had a break, went in for lunch, ordered, received our food, and everything went well. The service is a little wonky - they bring the food but you get your own beverages and utensils. However, the food was very good for the price and the staff were extremely pleasant. In fact, they were so nice we went back for desserts after eating because we just wanted to hang around! My wife and I left, went shopping, and I couldn't find my glasses. I am blind for reading without my glasses. In a panic, I started retracing my steps. I got to McIntosh and they were closed! I frantically knocked on the door because I could see they were cleaning up. Two people came to the door, listened to my bantering, and really helped me look around. They were actually compassionate about helping this embarrassed old guy. My glasses weren't there (I found them where my wife had her hair done) but I will never forget that the food was great, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were very kind. This place is a definite Go-To in Elberton.
Love the food. My favorite is the trio plate with chicken salad, pasta salad and fruit salad. I could eat a full plate of just the fruit salad. I also love the grape salad and sandwiches. I live shopping next door at Kathy’s while I wait on my order.
Great local restaurant for lunch!
Good food and staff
We arrived after 10 but they graciously offered to make us breakfast and we had a delicious ham and cheese omelette. 😄👍
Great staff. Good food and reasonably priced. Wife really liked the dining area.
