Worst experience ever
This was the worst time at krystal. My order was wrong and the krystal was dried out .

Always enjoy our visit here. The employees have great personalities, only thing I would recommend is, keeping the lobby a little cleaner. An extra positive note. They have fresh water with ice in a pitcher 👍💯

Over cooked, nasty tasting French fries
Went through drive thru and ordered a 12 pc Krystal with no cheese, was told to pull up to the window for my total. Got to the window and was told my order was 17.26. thought ok maybe my math was wrong and I miss calculated my amount so I let it go....my daughter looks in the bag after we got home and every one of them had cheese on them... My child is lactose intolerant....the lady who took the order sounded nice but when we pulled up to the window I felt like I was wasting the person's time and I really needed to leave....use to like going there but this is the 3rd time I have been made to feel like I was a waste of their precious time. I don't think there will be a next time even if I have to go to McDonald's .
I went there for breakfast asked for a breakfast plate with sausage toast grits and 2 fried eggs. When I got my plate I had a burnt sausage that was super tiny and 2 eggs that had yoke all over my grits. I do not recommend it’s horrible service and long waiting time. And it’s Ali way to expensive for something that gets messed up that bad.

Great breakfast nice service
Lady in drive through very friendly but I spent almost $30.00 just for Krystals we thought it was the 24 pk combo much to our surprise it wasn't. That's way too expensive. Never eat at a Krystals again that was the first and last time
Lobby closed. Went thru drive thru...lady says "go ahead with your order". So I order food. Then she says "I'm on break. I'm not taking anymore orders until 11....it was 1032am and someone went right before me
Stale buyers, over price milk shake that taste like strawberry surprise, extremely long wait
I got 3 original cheese Krystal's. Out of the special shrimp advertised but my cheese Krystal's were good 👍
